I've had 2 procedures with Michele over the last 5 years. I love her! She seems a bit rushed sometimes during visits and it made me nervous at first, but she knows what she's doing. The more questions you ask the more she details your procedure and makes you feel at ease. After my procedure, she gave me her cell phone number in case of any emergencies. After a mediocre breast aug, it was impossible to get follow up appointments with her. Even though I was experiencing pain and issues. I'm not impressed in the slightest with the surgery she performed and once she got my money, I was put on the back burner. I had to reschedule four times and I haven't heard back from them since they cancelled my last appointment in December 2018. Dr. Cooper and her staff are AMAZING! She has performed surgery on my eyes, neck/face and liposuction and I could never be happier. Oh my gosh.... this doctor ruined my face! She may be good at some things, but not laser lipo of the jawline. She took over patients of Dr. Nathan when he lost his licensed to practice but he was better at what he did then she was. She burned my skin and burned the fat from my jawline so I have horrible indentions where I once had a smooth jaw line. I've had lots of embarassment, have had to spend lots of money trying to correct which has been futile and still need fillers every 3 months to try and hide the damage she caused me. It's very sad when you put your trust in the hands of a plastic surgeon and they don't know what in the hell you're doing. She was extremely friendly when I first met her and told her I needed a "touch-up" from Dr. Nathan's initial procedure. The day I went in for the procedure, I should have turned around. She wasn't friendly at all...don't think she said two words to me. When I went for the follow up and expressed my concern about the outcome, she suggested more surgery... at MY expense. I wish I would have followed with a mal-practice suit but I didn't. I really wish she would have just told me she didn't have experience in using this procedure on someone's face.
