I managed to go with a veteran and we made it all the way from Waxahachie through to Cleburne. We started at 9 in the morning and didn't stop until 6 pm. I found a lot of great items that I left with and even as we speak there's an item or two that was great that I didn't leave with. And now I'm quite upset that I managed to leave those things behind. Since I'm now in the loop on this I'll go every year; both times during the year. You can find everything from clothes, dishes, Christmas items, home décor, odds & ends, antiques, furniture, etc. Its a mix up of a thrift store, antique store, yard sale, and estate sale. I bought a new purse and new shoes for $15!!!! And I get a compliment on my purse every time I leave home. It was a great experience; can't wait til the next one!

If its found in a kitchen or is "Advertised on TV", chances are, you'll find it here. Located in…read morethe middle of the sadly half-empty Prime Outlet Mall in Hillsboro, it offers almost anything you can find in your local Kitchen shop at a much more attractive price point. My wife and I spent far too long (in my opinion) browsing their wares, and picking up some more unneeded kitchen accessories. Like a fish turner, a mesh infuser, an ice cream spade, a safe cut can opener, well, you get my drift. Buying this stuff makes my wife very happy, and that makes me happy (See my smile!) Figuring out where to put it in our overcrowded kitchen space just frustrates us both. Eventually it will end up at the bottom on one of our overflowing drawers, where it will make its way to the bottom as newer items are piled on top. Retrieving it is similar to an archaeological dig. We have to carefully remove one layer at a time. But this place has the amusement value of an area that includes almost every advertised TV "wonder product" or infomercial toy, already to hand, without any need of paying inflated shipping and handling charges. Or waiting six to eight weeks for delivery. These are very interesting as a cultural experience by themselves and help while away the time while your wife is busy adding to her "collection" of kitchen bric-a-brac. She says the prices are great, the selection is huge and the sales people very friendly. So, if I have to drug somewhere, this is the place I'd rather be drug to.
