When I returned to the store today, I explained what happened and even showed the employees pictures of the chunks that came out of the shake. Their response was simply, "You should have brought it back. There's nothing we can do." I asked again if there was truly nothing they could do, considering I had photographic evidence of the issue, and they repeated that I should have brought the product back. What bothered me most wasn't even the fact that they couldn't provide a refund or replacement, it was how dismissive they were about the entire situation. After I commented on the poor customer service, they proceeded to ignore me for the remainder of the time I was in the store. The interaction became so uncomfortable that I ultimately just left. I understand that stores have return policies, but there is a way to communicate those policies while still treating a customer with basic courtesy and concern, especially when they're reporting a potentially spoiled product. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. Completely disappointing.

Bar selection is somewhat limited, though. It's obvious Sundrops works diligently to carry new products -- right now, they're one of the few places that has Vital Proteins' collagen. The monthly newsletter summarizes recent studies about how different supplements affect different issues (usually a different theme each month). The prices are competitive with Sprouts and usually beat GNC, Vitamin Shoppe and Whole Foods. Even better, there's 25% off most items the first Saturday of the month.

The outside of the store was very nice, as I entered the store it was well lit, so I proceeded on and began to walk down each aisle looking at all the different products on the very clean, well organized shelfs and refrigerated display cases. I walked up and down every single aisle in the whole store scanning the huge variety of products offered for sale. I noticed the staff members were diligently working stocking the shelfs, cleaning as they worked. This store is very clean, very well organized.
