These people were absolutely wonderful from the lady that answer the phone to the guy who gave me an estimate. I recommend them because honesty goes a in a long way I was referred to by their neighbor. These people almost $1,000 on me and I would have known the difference. I ordered a bunch of expensive parts that I thought I need it. Texas easily put them all in charge me for them. Instead they fix the problem without charging me anything at all Even though they could have charged me if I have an issue with any type of collision or issues with my vehicle I would immediately take it to them Yes everything is pricey but not only will they help you but refer you to options most people would not. We drove three hours today to retrieve our car that was overheating in Jackson. We explained our…read moresituation to a representative over the phone and they were able to squeeze us in and have our car towed to the local dealership because it was close by and so was one of their tow truck drivers who was en-route to another call. Shorty was there in less than 10 minutes and was ready to help us out. He loaded the overheating car and let us follow him to the dealership. They pulled a brand new truck off the lot out of all of the other cars that were parked right next to mine. I feel like they are illegally towing vehicles. After paying $300 to get the vehicle back, the young guy had the audacity to laugh about it. They had my vehicle sitting in the middle of a junk yard behind a locked gate. The employee told me that my vehicle had just arrived there about 5 minutes prior to me arriving. I didn't receive a receipt. I didn't receive a card. Old Otis at the M-Bar seemed like he receives a portion of the money as well, by the way he responded when I walked up to his car to inquire about the tow. If you have a rental, DO NOT LET THEM TRICK YOU INTO PAYING THEM ANYTHING!!! Call the rental company.
