We booked a couple's massage through their, very easy to use, online booking system. As this place is newer, there were lots of bookings available. There's a parking lot outside that is shared with several other adjacent businesses. It is a very establishment and the decor and staff were quite welcoming. We were greeted at the door and filled out a short form before we were led into our room. Both my husband and i had a great massage with each of our therapists. They were attentive and ensured that we were satisfied with the amount of pressure. They both seemed quite skilled and we felt very relaxed after our massage. Prices are decent; less on average than most other massage places. We plan to come back for another massage very soon!

The salon itself is in the far south end of the city (not that I'm complaining - I live downtown, so anything out of the core seems like a lot of driving) in a little neighborhood strip mall. On the outside, it looks completely unassuming (and even a little shady) but the inside is plain, but nice and clean. I walked in 10 minutes early for my appointment and ended up waiting almost half an hour to get seated in the chair. They keep their pedicure stations in a small private room (with a manicure table) and it was just me and the pedicurist in there, so very quiet and a little bit awkward at times. The pedicurist knew what she was doing, but she lectured me for at least 20 minutes on how I cut my toenails, how I take care of my feet, how often I moisturize my skin, and then tried sell me on her knowledge of natropath beauty knowledge. It was a little bit exhausting and sort of insulting. Booking my appointment was a little bit tricky - I ended up emailing in to get an appointment and had a hard time due to their hours. Being someone who works 8 - 5 everyday, their open hours were very limiting and weekend appointments were seemingly months away. Judging from the fact that they only had two pedicure chairs in the spa, I'm going to assume it's because it's a small place with only a handful of staff members. I have had pedicures at spas across the city and can't say that Indulgence offered anything that stood out or made me want to return. If you live in the neighborhood, I can see perhaps being a regular. But if not, keep driving, you have better options.

This review is completely legitimate and accurate from MY perspective: This place is a hidden gem! Incredibly clean, pricing is AWESOME, especially when you consider the RMT gives you the FULL time massaging you, and takes the extra time for the pre and post meeting. I was very annoyed at various other establishments that would only give 50 to 55 minutes (that's 10% taken directly off my back at a minimum, yet I pay full price?? Why...YES, I do watch my money), and SO happy to learn Loan and her team give the full time. Kyra is by far my favorite therapist, however if she is too busy (which is often the case), I happily make my booking with anyone else they have - I have never been disappointed.
