One word of warning though is that he does keep a schedule- if you show up late he will likely ask you to come back later or to reschedule rather than delay other customers who are on time. There are several other businesses nearby (CVS, Safeway, etc.), which is extremely convenient if you need to run errands before or after your appointment. Now, for the good stuff: my experience with Marlon. He was ready well ahead of our scheduled time. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, asked clarifying questions, and kept checking in throughout the process. This immediately gave me confidence that my satisfaction was his primary goal. I also appreciated that he asked for honest feedback; he made it clear that his goal was to deliver a result I was truly happy with. The environment was clean and professional. I usually visit shops solo first to see if it's a good environment for my kids, and this place definitely felt family-friendly.
