I ordered 2 sides of wings, and fries TO-GO, after 15 minutes of waiting I went to the front desk and my order was supposedly ready but only the fries had been cooked. The server bagged my fries and asked about my wings which had not been started, so she asked them to be dropped in the fryer. After 5 minutes I realized what happened and asked for new, fresh fries because they get soggy sitting in the TO-GP box for another 10 minutes on the counter while the wings get cooked. She told me to calm down, like what I asked was rude, and I was out of line. She told the cook to "drop some more fries for him" rolling her eyes. I then asked for a refund and was treated like a bag of garbage. My friends and family will not be back for a good while based on this experience and lack of any compassion for an obvious mistake made by them. A simple apology would went a long way especially after a $53 bill for wings and fries, cooked separately like its normal.

We were down in Cle Elum on a meatscapade when we decided then we should grab some sweets. The kids definitely didn't object! This place is a small spot located on a corner in downtown Roslyn. Currently, they're only letting small groups of six or less inside, so you may have to wait outside for a bit. The folks inside got everybody through quickly. They have a moderate selection of some old-school candy, including some really old-school stuff that would get your grandparents excited! It also got some more modern, old stuff like big league chew. Nothing made you feel more alive than shredded I will come design to look like tobacco! A big selling point is the fact that they have Winegars ice cream as well as a number of other funky flavors. One of the kid got pop rocks ice cream, another rocky road, and another a delightful sorbet. They also have some pretty cool antique showcases that housed the candy. You definitely have to watch the kids as their favorite thing while we were there was to lean on the glass case from the 1890s. One of the best things we found were the handmade chocolates that they have that came in a number of different flavors. The rosemary with sea salt, three citrus and lavender were the favorites, no the other four or five options that they had looked very nice. It was pretty cool to be able to get high end chocolates as well as gummy candy in the shape of cheeseburgers from the same place. The prices were good and the selection with solid and fun. This is definitely a spot you should check out!

Key highlights: local, family owned business, perfectly located in central cle elum on Main Street, outstanding variety of not only handcrafted and curated meats, but a fine selection of all the things needed for a tasty meal - from antipasto starts, mains, desserts and drinks all in one spot. Bonus points: + These ladies are insanely sweet and know what they're talking about, don't be hesitant to ask them for a suggestion. I'm so happy I got advice on what sausage to use for my dish! (Grazie again, Randine, you're so great!) + they have a custom vending machine outside their storefront, yes you read that right I said vending machine!!!! haha, with snack packs of mixed cheese and meats specially from their company. + the convenience of not only location, but being able to grab all I need to make a great meal with quality, local ingredients makes my heart happy!
