Maybe we picked an off day - and maybe they were sent poorly toasted white coffee . . . I'm not sure the root cause of the situation. As my daughter and I oohed and awed over the bagel we had just bought in the little drive through behind this coffee shop, we were excited to round out our carb-loaded breakfast with some awesome coffee. Saw the reviews online and figured this would be a great place. Wrong. I ordered a simple iced Americano with cream and my daughter ordered a Cinnamon Toast Crunch flavored drink. We both asked for white coffee. Now, in all of my previous experiences with white coffee, it has a sweet and toasty flavor. Much less aggressive than a typical roasted bean that has turned a darker shade of brown. This was NOT AT ALL like white coffees I'd had before. Like I said, maybe it was a bad batch. If you ever snuck a raw dried bean from one of those mixed bean soup mixes and proceeded to chew on it . . . that's exactly what my Americano tasted like. It had almost zero color (white coffee is usually at least a little tan in color, even when some cream is added). This wasn't even ivory. The ice made for more than half of the cup. It tasted like raw uncooked bean water, with a splash of cream, over lots of ice. My daughter's tasted like someone ate a bowl of the cereal, poured out the leftover milk, strained it, mixed with one to one with water, and dumped it over ice, At east her raw uncooked bean water, with a splash of cream, over lots of ice was flavored with syrup. We - literally - gagged them down. The beans were definitely under-toasted. There was too much ice for the price. For both drinks, it was $12. Service was fine. Prices were high (but not abnormal for the area). I was originally going to give a slightly higher rating, but a coffee shop that specialized in white coffee drinks should have wondered why the beans smelled so raw when they were made into drinks. Now, if they are selling a new type of white coffee that is made from completely untoasted beans that intentionally tastes like uncooked dried beans, then my apologies. If you are looking for a typical white coffee drink that's sweet and toasty flavored, this isn't it. read more

Stopped by this afternoon at 4:05pm. Employee cars in parking lot and the sign in the window stated for their winter hours they closed at 5:00pm. on Friday. My daughter wanted a lotus drink but didnt know what flavors sounded good so the barista surprised her. The flavor combo is now my daughters favorite. Used to love this place until they charged me for oat milk, creamer... twice! No other coffee place I know charges for oat milk as cream. I asked her about it and she told me they charge for cream if it's alternative. When I asked why it's on there twice she said because I asked for "a little extra". This is an americano, not a latte! Yes, I asked for a little extra splash of oat milk. So stingy and a great way to make customers feel nickel and dimed. Kolettys is super involved in the community and normally great. Do not go if you care about mask wearing and Covid exposure Just went there Friday 1122am October 23. The woman At the counters ( drive thru window) had her mask below her nose. When I mentioned that she said I know. She asked me what size I wanted and then I asked if her mask would be above her nose when she made it. (but remember she would have already area) She said no because she needs to breathe and it would fog up her glasses. Well I have empathy, but it's not worth putting my my families life at risk given Covid right now. Science lady! There are masks that you can use that do not fog up your glasses. Think about all the doctors and surgeons who have that but wear masks. I highly recommend that this business finds a way for her to work with a mask properly covering her mouth and nose or find her other work other options not putting all of your customers at risk.! Great staff and very polite. Honestly never stopped here because I thought it was a bikini stand, not that I'm against those but I always have kids with me. We got two bagels and they were massive! It was convenient from the freeway when we just needed a quick stop driving through from WSU to seattle. It's worth the detour. Super delicious! The girl was smiling, nice and patient with me while I tried to figure out what I wanted from the menu. There were 3 cars ahead of me and I waited only about 5 minutes for my turn! I had a 12 oz iced mocha with white and milk chocolate, and my hubby got a 12 oz wildberry smoothie. SO GOOD. Both were very tasty and satisfying in their own way. Mine had a good mix of coffee and chocolate flavor, not too bitter or sweet, and the smoothie was tangy as well as sweet, didn't taste artificial. (Not sure ingredients.) Total for both was less than $8! They had a good assortment of home made baked goods, and sone lunch items. Will have to try then the next time I'm travelling across the state!
