Originally I came just because they were the only dealer with the model and features I wanted but also $15000.00 less than any other dealer in 300 miles radius, I checked! I had been looking for months and was being very picky about features, cost and build quality. My hat off to RAM, I almost walked away after having bought a complete lemon that eas pretty but junk and highly disappointing. RAM fixed every single thing wrong on my new 2017 which was so disappointing. They really pulled it out and delivered a great truck. Back to the dealer; at this point I had dozens of dealers and some downright evil sales people hounding me, lying, etc and I won't spend much time on that. But this dealer was straight up, honest and didn't pull any tricks or treat me poorly either. I was emailing and calling them a lot because they were so far away. They were patient but not pestering. There was a pricing error on one of the websites (not theirs but the factory version) they straightened it out and we moved forward. It only took me minutes to decide about the truck, I'd already driven dozens and knew exactly what I was looking for. My sales guy was professional, not to personal or probing. After awhile we warmed up to each other and because friendly at the right time. The trade in for my pretty 2017 was fair if not a little less than other dealers but as I said they beat the price by $15,000 from anywhere else with the same features I was after. The process to get through finance was ok, it's never great anywhere. But they did not try and get me to buy extra stuff or insurance. They worked with me to get the financing I wanted without strong arming me. They offered some of the extra stuff like paint seal and extended warranty but it was brief and no pressure. I honestly would buy here again, I trusted them and I felt respected. Last, they also sell boats and vacation real estate out of the same dealership which gave it a quirky small town vibe I liked. I literally will drive three hours for honest respectful service, I got it here, thanks!

I originally called to schedule a transmission fluid and filter change. Before making the…read moreappointment, I called ahead to confirm that this service could be done, and I was told that it could. Later, when I learned there was a special on oil changes that included a tire rotation, I called back and added that service as well. I had also originally scheduled the vehicle for a wheel alignment. Before my appointment, a gentleman from the shop called and told me they could not perform the wheel alignment because they believed I had a bad upper ball joint. However, when I got home, I found that it only needed to be tightened. The ball joint is fine and was replaced just two months ago. As a result, the wheel alignment was not completed. They also called to inform me that they could not perform the transmission service because they did not have the correct parts. This was frustrating, as that was the exact reason I called ahead of time to confirm availability, and I was told they could complete the service. After picking up the vehicle and inspecting it, I noticed the wheel alignment had not been done either. In the end, the only service that was completed was the one I least needed, while the three main services I requested were not performed. I have had good experiences here in the past, which makes this especially disappointing. I did mention the tire rotation to the manager, but he was assisting another customer at the time, and I was unable to wait.
