My friend and I were visiting the area and came across Vitality Athletics online, and we're so glad…read morewe did. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and supported. The coaches gave one-on-one attention to everyone in the class, walking us through each exercise from the workout of the day with clear instruction and encouragement. We loved that we could work solo or in partners depending on what we were comfortable with, and the positive energy from both the coaches and members made the experience even better. The coaching style was exactly what we were looking for. They showed each movement in detail, then gave us space to focus and work through the workout at our own pace. At the same time, they stayed present and attentive, keeping an eye on our form and making sure we were pushing ourselves without overdoing it. The gym itself is beautiful, spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything you need for a solid training session. Another thing we really appreciated was the flexible and affordable payment options. Whether you're local or just visiting, they make it easy to train with choices like monthly memberships, day rates, and multi-class packs (5-pack, 10-pack, and more). Vitality Athletics strikes that rare balance of great coaching, a supportive community, and a well-maintained space, all at a price that's hard to beat. We'll definitely be back next time we're in town!

This gym is amazing and so well worth it. My boys take swim lessons and love kidmazium so much that after my work out they get upset when we have to leave. The staff is always so nice your greeted with a smile and they're willing to help in any way they can. Upon joining I was given coupons for so many things and visits with a personal trainer to get me started and work with me on my target areas. I recently tried the red zone for boxing and fell in love with it. Latricia is tough but after that 30 minutes your happy you did it. The classes keep me motivated and there's so many to choose from that I feel like there's not enough hours in my evening! So far my favorites are Body Combat with Donna and Body Pump with Beth. I tried Body Attack and will be adding that one too my schedule as well. Ali & Robin make it fun the hour flies by. The gym is huge so there's always equipment available I tend to go on busier times and still never have an issue. If your looking for a real change and a better gym you should definitely look into joining I'm so happy I did.

I was most impressed by how well their staff takes care of this gym which in return the clients do so as well. There is nothing out of order. All the weights are racked. In the week I was visiting, I saw the staff wipe down with polish the lockers, sweeping and mopping the floors, wiping down all equipment, taking out trash, refilling the cleaning wipes, and cleaning the bathrooms. There are two main areas, the weights and cardio machines on one side. There is also a stretching area in the middle and then the powerlifters and crossfit style area on the other side. I went to a class "12 days of Christmas" and it kicked my butt. The instructor was awesome and the class was packed. There are two large fitness rooms upstairs for classes such as spinning and even kickboxing. The ladies locker room is impeccable. I even used their showers one day. They even have a dressing room.
