When you begin to question what I just said only to escalate the situation, especially as the employee, is not the way. I'm a customer looking at their phone waiting for service after driving back 2 hours into town in my work van. Then whistling/hollering at me from across the shop/property because now YOU are ready for me to pull into the bay is not satisfying...instead of walking up to my open window or tapping on my hood to get my attention. You can clearly see I'm not paying attention and you work in a shop dude, mechanics yell for/at each other all the time, how am I supposed to know that's my calling sir? To take offense to my last comment before you kicked me out, "there are other ways to communicate" is sad. Not even a "my bad" or could've simply cracked a joke about me being on the phone while "driving" to get my attention to pull in would've saved you the trouble with your organization and the loss of my/our business because I'm driving almost 1k miles a week needing an oil change about once a month, if not more. I was forced to go elsewhere and I really like the Valvoline instant oil change place they checked all my lights, blinkers, filled up my tires and have a much better/effective oil removal process. Take 5? More like Take Off, I'm outta here and never stopping back there are too many other places where my money and time are much greener.

The tech had her convinced that her car may break down if she didn't do all these things. So they did all these extra services and when my daughter got the bill, she immediately called her dad who then spoke to the manager and demanded a refund on the services that were unwarranted. I used this location on Cassat for the first time last week for my oil change. The service techs were plentiful and even though they were crowded, they seemed to moving cars in and out quickly. The main tech working on my car was very polite. Once I got home though, I realized that I had to reset my oil sensor myself along with the tire pressure. A day later, I realized that my windshield washer fluid was not filled either. These are all just services that are included and weren't done. Am I done with Take 5? Probably not, but I'm hoping this can be constructive input that they work to correct for next time.

Had a coolant leak in my 2018 GMC Sierra 1500. Took to Mike's for a diagnosis. Had good comms…read morebefore, during and after the work. There was a hoke in the plastic radiator these trucks have. Mike's provided an accurate and I think fair estimate for the repair and promptly completed the work. Good- Been two days now and no more coolant leaks. Questionable- When I picked the truck up at Mike's I noticed a clicking noise soon after starting the engine. I went back into the office but it went away before Mike and I got back out to the truck. I have noticed that same new noise once more since I got the truck home. If it persists I plan to take it back in.
