I don't think most people have a "good" towing experiences, so to speak, but Ted Whitlock came about as close to good as you can get. Ted answered my call personally, narrowed down my location, and had his tow truck there in just 10 minutes. He was very pleasant and professional throughout the tow process. Ultimately, it took just 5 minutes for my car to be on the truck and heading to its destination. After everything was said and done he sent a receipt for my insurance company, and after my insurance rejected that receipt he was speedy in getting back to me with a new one. I can't speak to how good his pricing is (I don't have experience in tow prices) but I would definitely recommend if you're in the Loganville area and need a tow.

He said it was because of the fire hydrant which was about 4 units down from hers. There are usually vehicles parked on her side of the street even closer to the hydrant, the apartment on the corner. I looked down the street 10 minutes before I heard his truck beeping and the car that was parked on the corner had moved.
