Pre-covid, this place served as a nice little hangout spot to eat pizza with friends. And I'm aware that their pizzas are slightly healthier, but they're half the size and cost the same if not more than a normal pizza. Plus the cheese is a tad rubbery and the bottom is almost always a little burnt. I think their wide variety of options is great, but the execution leaves a bit to be desired. read more

I ordered on Uber eats and got a notification that my pizza was ready. When I got there, they had accidentally skipped my pizza and had to wait for a fresh one to be made. The manager came out , apologized, and gave me priority and made my pizza in about 5 minutes or less. They also gave me a free drink as an apology. I am addicted to this place. The pizza is super good. Its truly amazing. They are small and bigger than a personal pizza at pizza hut but smaller than a medium. I love you can put all sorts of toppings even different cheeses if you like. I get: Red sauce Fresh Mozzarella Graded Mozzarella Ricotta Chicken Bacon Spinach Oregano Looks and smells amazing. The crust is by far my favorite I love thin crust. Only down side is the Ricotta is a bit grainy. And they are terrible at cutting. But other than that it is all really good. We would eat here every day if we could. I almost forgot I LOVE the blood orange lemonade. By far the best ever. read more

Ordered a gluten free pizza. They are very scarce with their toppings. I made it a meal but had to pay for the drink besides getting my side of salad. Apparently for a meal you can only choose one item: a drink, salad, cheesy bread, or dessert. At this restaurant your drink doesn't automatically come with the meal. And they were only accepting cash as they said their card reader wasn't working, so we couldn't even use our Blaze gift card! read more

Been to Blaze quite a few times now and I have to say that they have been consistent on both service and their quality of food. I've also tried Pieology and even though it's supposed to be similar, doesn't even add up. That's also shown by the amount of people going in and out at both locations. I have been really busy this week but I know that I had to write this review on my experience at this Blaze location on Tuesday. By Far this was the best Blaze experience I've had in all my times and locations I've went before. Workers like Dhylan, Jack, and Chole are the reason why people like myself will come back here because they do 110% to make their customers welcomed and experience their best ones. They had all the ingredients I wanted on my pizza, cooked the pizza to perfection and were friendly the whole time. They actually cared enough to ask how I was feeling and made me laugh at the end of the day. Customer service like this is unmatched and wished it was like this at other restaurant. Other than the food being hot and cooked properly I really wish these crew members the best. What a joke signature meat eater pizza has 3-4 pieces of meat or onion. Completely wasted my money. Avoid at all cost. Any other pizza place is cheaper with more toppings and bigger size. I'm not sure when closing down the back half of the dining room became priority over customers but apparently that's the case here. We walked in and there were two customers already waiting and one employee was doing an online order. Once done she helped the two. So I go in today, but its not just anyday, its Saturday.....during lunch rush, on muhfuggin BOGO cupon day. There's a lot of options available from the crust to the sauce to the toppings. I prefer this place compared to pieology. They offer 3 kinds of crust, original, thick, gluten free. Various kinds of cheese, maybe 6 kinds and even vegan cheese. That's pretty awesome my vegan friends! Several kinds of sauce from red, spicy red, pesto, white... and all the toppings you can think of. They also offer sauces you can top your pizza off with. They're a bit light on the cheese, but you could always ask for more... and that applies to everything else as well. You can place orders online. They don't put it in the oven until you get there. I was in town for business so decided to try as they had cauliflower pizza crust. See attached photo this was an example of the whole pizza. There was an 1.5 -2 in gap from the edge of the crust to where the sauce and toppings started. NOT Cool! You should have just sold me an 9" pizza! I have ordered the green stripe on at the very minimum 5 different occasions and each time it arrives without the pesto sauce or arugula. I have notified the restaurant each time but nothing seems to change. My most recent order was incorrect as well and not only did my pizza not have the correct toppings but I had paid extra for the cauliflower crust of which I did not receive. I also ordered a salad (no dressing included) and dessert for my daughter and her friend. The cookies were mashed and there was chocolate smeared all over the exterior of the bag they were in. If my daughter did not request Blaze occasionally, I would never order from them again. read more

Blaze is literally my favorite go to pizza place no matter where I'm at. It's the only pizza I will eat unless I'm in New York. It's extremely reasonable at about $8.75 a pie. What I love the most is that you get to put whatever you want. No extra charge for anything unless you'd like gluten free crust. Pro tip: if you get gluten free crust and you're not actually allergic to it ask for it to be placed directly on the oven other wise they will place it on a mat. They also have vegan cheese now!!! One of the worse Blaze pizza locations I have every been too. It's always a very poor visit at this location. Out of ice!!!! The employees did not care. Dining room dirty, almost every table. Employees rude and not friendly. Buy ice.. if out or machine cannot keep up. Pizza was very black on bottom of crust. Poor management and owner group of this location. The Fresno location is not much better.. To add to my comments from my visit to this Blaze Pizza in Visalia. An employee from this location send me a compliment on my YELP review, not a compliment from employee. But it was a attack on my complaint from the visit and a disrespectful comment on my appearance. Saying I was over weigh to put it straight.Saying I should stop eating out and eat at home more often. Did not care about the complaint on no ice, dirty tables, rude employees or burned crust. Today I tried Blaze Pizza when I normally go to Pieology. I'll start by saying next time my choice will go to Pieology. Blaze has fewer choices and is a bit skimpy on their ingredients.
