I love Blaze Pizza! They had a special lunch promotion going on for weekdays so I took the opportunity to enjoy it! You're able to get a half pizza, drink, and choice of salad or bread for just $11ish bucks! I'd say that's a steal, and it was worth every bite! Employees here are hardworking, there were only three people in the floor and they had a big line when we arrived. It surprised me to see the restaurant very relatively empty-ish at Noon on a summer day when other parts of the food court had long lines. It immediately made sense. Blaze is my favorite place for build your owns. First time at this location though! It's located inside ontario mills, and they had outdoor seating and plenty of indoor seating as well. The employees were fast and efficient with the pizza making, which was great because my toddlers were hangry. I found all the ingredients fresh today, but one of our pizzas came out too burnt. Even so, the pizzas are usually crispy and delicious. I love that you can choose all your favorite toppings for the build your own, and you can always ask for a little more, if you want more of something. If you're considering prices compared to fast food pizza, it's definitely not the cheapest considering it's more of a personal pizza. Always love Blaze. We came here while in the area and was happy of the new addition to the menu, meatballs! The meatballs are huge and its is very tasty with generous amout of ricotta and sauce. I love dipping the cheesy bread on this. Their pizza is still legit and has been consistent in all locations. The only thing I can say of the Blaze ontario mills location is that they need to fill up the utensils, refill the ice on the drink machine, and refill the ice teas. The food is just as good as any other Blaze. No complaint there. The service is 9/10 at least when I have been there. The reason for a lower star rating is the restroom situation. They only have a women's and a gender neutral. So there were men including myself having to wait because women were using both (single occupancy). That's just a no for me. read more

However, the staffing (at the time I went w my daughter) was very underwhelming. Which was very interesting to watch. This work flow is due to a lack of leadership in the managerial position, no one knew what they were doing or wanted to do anything. You hired a person who has been there for a while, I'm assuming, but lacks the basic skills to lead a team. I've seen lemonade stands operate better than this place. You have everyone laughing and standing around no one stationary doing one job letting them, in front of customers, do what they want. But they gave me the wrong cheese . I asked for ranch also just in case. It was a pretty bland pizza. Not sure what was missing. We got the GARLIC KNOTS to try them out and that was delicious. Cheesy and garlicky with a marinara dip. We got only 2 just to try it. It's small though so if you're hungry, get the 4 piece. Pandemic considerations: they have a sanitizer by the door.. but it was empty. They have social distancing markers on the way in and have tables blocked to promote more space between customers. They have cleaning material if u want to clean your table, but you have to do it yourself. Drinks are self -serve but they give u the lid in a sleeve so that was comforting. Ofcourse we got a build your own pizza! I got the cauliflower crust Ofcourse because that's the ones that I like, and so far one of the best cauliflower crusted pizza I've had so far.
