Outstanding, Honest, and Seamless Medicare Guidance - Nina Szutu is the Best!…read more I first went to KCAL Insurance in mid-2025 to get my mom enrolled in Medicare, and Nina was our account manager. From day one, she was exceptionally professional and worked with incredible efficiency. What set her apart was her transparency--she clearly explained the essential pros and cons of several plans she recommended. She also helped print out the essentials of multiple insurance information for us to refer to later. We selected the plan that fit my mom's needs best, and it worked out flawlessly. When my mom's specific needs shifted in 2026, and my dad also reached the point of needing Medicare enrollment, my parents went right back to Nina. Once again, she made the entire process completely smooth and frictionless. Nina is upfront and honest about how different plans operate and how representatives work with providers, giving straightforward insights into the advantages and trade-offs of every option. If you or your family need expert, reliable, and stress-free help navigating Medicare, see Nina Szutu!

Do not do business with this office!! Shelly is a horrible person and does not know what she is…read moredoing. My family have been doing business with Shelly for more than 30 years, and all I can say is that she screwed my family over and over again. Now that I am adult and understand life and car insurance policies, we realize that they have been cheating us. We are in the process of taking our business else where. she is losing 6 life insurance policies, as well as 3 car insurance policies from us. Do yourself a favor and don't even step foot into her door or call her. I am going to report her. Smh shame on me and my family for not taking action sooner.

Untruthful, deceiving, and dishonest are the words that I will use to describe this business…read more Although Farmers is a big name in insurance, doesn't mean that it has the right product or insurance policy that fits you. My family brought auto and life insurance from Shelley for 10+ years and just find out it's a rip off! My dad's car was totaled in an accident, it should be remove from the policy (why pay insurance on a car not exist?), but Shelley keep the policy for another 6 months, which do nothing but cost more money. Life insurance is worst, when my family brought the whole life insurance from Shelley 10+ years ago, she claimed that this plan is wonderful, it can save money, you don't have to make payment after 10 years blah blah blah, but the truth is, the COI (cost of insurance) is so high, the saving won't cover the insurance cost and 10 years later, we end up with almost nothing! My mom has no choice but to discontinue the life insurance. For those of you who have life insurance will know how horrible it is to cancel a life insurance plan after 10 years with little money left in the saving plan. It's like the Bernard Madoff scam in the insurance industry! When we try to confront with her of course she denied everything. "it's the way it is...", "every insurance are the same...". Luckily my fiancé has some knowledge about insurance so I know when she is talking BS.
