Dependable Professionals…read more I contracted with Capital Wetblasting to remove two layers on paint on my 560 sf pool deck. I had attempted to remove the paint with various brands of stripper, but the paint would just not come off. Brad, the company owner, set me up,on his schedule. On the first day he showed up exactly on time. He immediately got to work setting up the barriers and plastic sheeting to keep the blast media confined within the work area. This took a half day. In the afternoon he started the wet blasting. The noise wasn't too bad, and the dust from the blasting was less than I expected. On the second day Brad showed up exactly on time and got immediately to work setting up more barriers against my patio door and back windows. He had an issue with his blasting equipment, so he left in the afternoon to get it repaired. He returned early the next day and continued the blasting. He completed the blasting by 1:00pm and then started to take down all of the barriers and plastic sheeting. He was completely done with the job by 3:30pm. I had committed to do the clean up of the blast media myself, so Brad left me some sandbags, and told me that when I was done cleaning up to call him and he would come to pick up the filled sandbags. Overall, I am pleased with the outcome of the wet blasting. My concrete pool deck is completely free of paint. I have a pretty big mess to clean up, but in a couple of weeks all of the blast media should be swept up and bagged.

I had this company come out and build me a mental gate for my driveway I absolutely love my Gate,…read morebut there was many hiccups in the making of it first of all the privacy metal that was placed behind my gate was put up with markings all over it look like the plastic that it was wrapped in had stuck to the metal and they managed to put it up anyway when I came back and spoke with the owner he said it came like that you could see where he was trying to wipe it clean all the panels were like that I was a little disappointed to think that he would even continue to put them up, thinking that I would be OK with that although I am aware it's not his fault, but as he came back and stated that the company was assuming I had something to do with that was absolutely ridiculous him and I knowing that he picked up the product as is that took away from time on the project took way longer than I expected for it to finish. Also, there was a little bit of hiccups. The top of the caps on the post were not screwed in there was denting in certain places scratching on certain areas to say the least I love my Gate. He made all the provisions too, make it right by installing a little side Fence at no extra charge. When the job was finished, I was happy with the progress and the aesthetics of it and we talked about finishing my project this year with the same design, he did the Gate. He said he would be interested to just notify him the conversation went smoothly and amicably. I didn't feel that there was any hard feelings being that I've done nothing wrong so i was looking forward to start this new project. I messaged him through the Yelp app. He said that he was in the area and normally does not do estimates on Sunday, but that he would come by at 5pm . I don't think he was aware that it was me until I gave him the address. He never called nor did he show up ! not sure how I emotionally feel about that but professionally he could have notified me and said he would not come or he was not interested in my project, I believe I was owed that much respect, but I do believe everything is for a reason because to work with somebody on such a big project you really would need to be in one accord so that is why I put this under "maybe"

They are quick to reply and schedule the work. My gate had a broken hinge. It was $300 to weld it…read moreback (fair price), but unfortunately this weld only lasted for 2.5 months. There was no warranty on the work and I was told yesterday that the metal was too thin to weld and hold without an additional $300-$500 of work. It's unfortunate that I was not told this the first time when I paid $300 for the gate to be welded. I would recommend that you secure a warranty before proceeding with this vendor as I am now out $300 and still have to pay for my gate to be fixed elsewhere, as I do not feel comfortable investing another $300 after the first fix failed in 2.5 months. I was not offered a free fix, or a partial refund, so proceed with caution/a confirmed warranty. I can say that we're friendly, timely and competitively priced- hence the 2.5 stars.

I was impressed with his welds and the quality of the product he used. Everything he did looked very high-end, and I felt that it was definitely worth the money. Now that I've had more experience with similar projects in this area, I will not use anyone else. Daniel is very fair in his pricing. I highly recommend utilizing his expertise in brainstorming how to put your goals into a plan. It will turn out even better than you had originally imagined. He has great ideas. He can also draft complex designs: he pays attention to the details. He is very straightforward, friendly and professional. I love that he has started this company to support his family and delivers such an impressive product and service. The photos in this review are of the project he did for us three years after completion. You can see it is in excellent shape. He just recently completed some touchup painting at no additional charge to me. Communication was very simple. He is very responsive. Again, I highly recommend him.
