I had booked 4 services for a girls weekend and then 3 hours before my service (1 of the 4) was cancelled because the staff member called out, which I understand but then they offered me a different service (at full price I might add) which I polietly declined. Then to top it off I got the reminder text that the people in my party had to check in, but when they got there, their treatments were all cancelled!!! Luckily they were able to get their treatments since no one else walked in or same day scheduled. Loved also hearing that the staff made comments to my party about how lucky they were to get a walk in appointment. What a mess and disappointment after this trip was scheduled months in advance. This was the second year we have planned this trip and I can say for certainty next year I will not be booking here.
