Miami - Dade April 30 2025…read more 11:32 pm 2132 NE 123rd St, North Miami, FL 33181 +1 (786) 296-2765 Belle J Nail Spa By JUDY JIANG I am sending this email for legal purposes related to the mistreatment, threats, and discrimination I received from this woman who, as my first appointment, I received today, 9:16 pm I called next to I found this salon on Google that says it has service until 11:30 pm. Upon contacting the lady, she tells me that she receives clients at 1:30 am at this salon address 2132 NE 123rd St, North Miami, FL 33181 10:12 pm I receive confirmation of the appointment when I call again 10:54 pm The woman calls me to tell me that she is ready. When I enter the salon, the woman tells me that she works at dawn and at the time that the clients request, taking into account that she sees herself as a hard-working woman, I congratulate her for her great work and hard work. The woman starts doing the pedicure without first cleaning the work tools, she does everything very quickly and starts to inquire about my personal life, she repeatedly asks me what my job is, and asks if the car I rented is mine, I shared with her that I was coming to celebrate my birthday in Miami, the woman in a very aggressive attitude does not listen to my instructions about the way I like my nails, she threatened to call the police even though I have refused to pay her, she refused to give me the service, she diagnosed me with mental illness, and compared my demands with her own mother which denotes a serious problem in her service. The woman mentions that she lacks patience, creating a series of prejudices and accusations against me for asking her how I wanted my nails done. The woman mentions having 20 years of experience, and this gives her the right to do her job without listening to how the client feels. I request that this information be delivered through my legal representative to a complaint in the Department of Health and all legal instances and determine these treatments, accusations and under service with tools outside of hygiene and safety for people. No A/C , safety or RESPECT!!! The lady is extremely rude and doesn't deserve have a license in case she does . This place is a joke.

I was visiting Miami for a short vacation. As it often happens, hadn't have a chance to do the…read moremani-pedi before the trip. So there I was, at the famous SoBe but not really beach-ready. Fortunately, my friend who lives in the area had an easy answer for me. And that was the High Five Nail Studio answer. My friend had used their services already a number of times and said that it was definitely the best place for having the nails done. I got all excited at first. Then, I got worried that they'd not have time to take me given that I wanted to have an appointment ASAP but didn't want to do it during the day (because day time is the beach time). I was happy to hear that the studio's owner, Katherine, was able to accommodate my schedule! In fact, she told me that I could come on the same day even though it was already well after 6pm. An hour later I was on my way to this nail studio. It is located among other mini beauty studios at the ground floor of an office building. They have a separate entrance at the front. When you come in, you need to walk straight and find the suite with a number 18 on it. The place is cosy but with lots of light. I liked the fact that they have new furniture, so it doesn't look dated. I was also pleasantly surprised that everything looked very clean and safe. When I came in, Katherine was waiting for me with everything ready to get started. She did the manicure first and then proceeded to the pedicure. I didn't feel rushed at any point - it really surprised me given that we started at 7:30pm! (Usually other places would make you feel guilty for coming in so late and forcing them to stay beyond their normal business hours.) A few minutes into the manicure, Katherine offered me some hot tea, which made me feel like I was a welcomed guest. The manicure and pedicure were very thorough. I was amazed how attentive and calm this lady was. She was also very friendly and eager to chat. Time passed pretty quickly and 2.5 hours later I was ready to go. The payment was a breeze too. Initially, I was worried it was a cash-only place but no, they do accept credit cards! Overall, it was such a great experience that I felt sad that I don't have a place like this where I live. Will definitely come back when I'm in Miami area :)

I tried gel mani's for years but the polish would start to peel after 9 days due to my nail bed. Each gel mani was $40. These are the longest my nails have ever been.

My only regret is that Ever Glow is not close to me at home in PA. Tucked away behind a Main Street the shop is bright, clean, but small, yet on a mid afternoon weekday I was lucky to get seated without an appt for a classic mani/pedi. Yerailis got rid of layers of cuticle, left my regularly polished nails looking like a gel manicure! Where other shops rush through the polish, maybe missing a corner here or there or a leave behind of polish on skin, Yerailis carefully detailed each nail after each layer of polish -- I feel pretty confident that this regular polish will probably last me longer than usual because there aren't any cracks or crevices for water or wear to sneak into. Thank you Ever Glow! You made my fingers and toes perfect for meetings Friday!
