I had called Blanco's because I was stuck. Another company ended up giving me the run around and then pulled out. I needed two gates and an inclined gate up a small hill. Ramon came the next day and within a week, Francisco (who did the measurements the following day), ended up working late with his team to get the job done. Price was fair, quality and style were perfect. I couldn't be more pleased.

Blanco's made and installed our main and side gate. Super sturdy, solid and sharp looking. We would use them again. Fransisco was great throughout the build and came on the weekend so we could get it installed before a pool safety permit needed for another project. Gate was priced right.

Highly recommend this company. I got a lot of bids and Blanco's Welding was very good with much higher quality work. Ramon was a pleasure to work with no pressure, he kept me in the loop with photos of the production of my fence/gate. I appreciate that .The installation guys were efficient. My neighbors are all asking for his information.

Blanco's Welding did an amazing job on my custom designed gate. It was great quality and a fair price. I had quotes from other companies that couldn't accommodate my design but Blanco"s went that extra mile to make it work to my specifications . They were also super flexible with rainy days and the holiday hours which I really appreciated. Highly recommended.

From estimate to job completion everything went smoothly! The job was completed in a timely fashion, just as promised. The job/work looks great! The crew was clean, courteous and professional. Would 100% recommend Bianco's Welding Service!

Avoid at All Costs - Unprofessional and Unreliable If I had read his reviews beforehand, I would have run far away. This guy is an absolute joke--completely unprofessional and careless when it comes to taking care of his customers. His main goal seems to be collecting money, not delivering quality service or products. From day one, he took my deposit and then disappeared, leaving me to chase him down. When he wanted more money, he sent photos of "production" to justify additional payments. At one point, he even delivered parts without installation and tried to collect another check. I caught on to his nonsense after the second payment and refused to give him another dime until the work was completed. Even after all the headaches, the product still doesn't work. To make matters worse, he passed me off to his "helper," who then gave me the number of a vendor to deal with directly. This entire experience has been a waste of time. Save yourself the trouble and run far away from this guy--he will leave a bad experience.

Security door

Ramon's rod iron work is excellent with the help of hands on Francisco . I got a great bid from Ramon and consistent good work onsite with Francisco . I'm glad we did a dry fit onsite measurements. They actually brought out the frame so it fit correctly over and under the head fascia . They made a cage for me so it keeps unwanted guests away from the front door . Thank you Roy !

Damage done by Ramon himself.

If I could give Ramon negative stars, I would. My fiance & I hired him to install two side gates for us which he did on 8/9/25, & what followed was an absolute nightmare of incompetence, dishonesty, & zero accountability. The welding job was embarrassingly sloppy--something I'd expect from a first-time hobbyist, not someone charging professional rates. We paid an extra $100 for automatic door closers that were not even installed that day. Despite reaching out repeatedly, Ramon left our messages on "read" for weeks, dodging responsibility at every turn. Only after I called him did he reluctantly agree to commit to finishing the job--but of course, he didn't show on the agreed date (Friday 9/5). Instead he appeared days later on 9/9, botched the installation of one auto-closer & left holes in the metal gate. His solution? Promise to return & "fix it later". Unsurprisingly, he didn't. We had to chase him down again. When I confronted him about the damage & rightfully asked for partial reimbursement, he hung up on me. Eventually he did drag himself back on Sunday 9/14, & when I requested a refund for the auto-closers, his laughable response was "But I'm here fixing it now?" Fixing it? The gate had four noticeable holes, patched with wood putty (reminder the gate is METAL), then lazily spray painted in a futile attempt to hide the damage--it did not. To call this unprofessional is an understatement. Instead of taking responsibility, Ramon deflected, made absurd offers to "build a new gate" (as if we could trust him to ever return), lied about not having a way to send a refund & generally argued as though we were in the wrong for expecting quality work. Only after an exhausting 20 minutes of standing our ground did we finally wrestle a partial refund out of him--money that should have been offered without question given the abysmal job. His dismissive comment that I should "run my own business if I wanted things done differently" says it all: Ramon has no grasp of customer service, no pride in workmanship, & no reliability whatsoever. Running a business requires integrity, skill & respect for clients--three qualities he clearly lacks. Do yourself a favor & learn from our mistake: read the reviews first! Had we done so, we could have spared ourselves the wasted time, damaged gate & the sheer frustration of dealing with someone so dense & unprofessional. Photos attached for proof, though his work speaks for itself.

Couldn't update my other review, but wanted to add more to it since Ramon decided to (incoherently) respond. Ramon, let's set the record straight. I was never the one asking you to redo the gate--you offered that as an alternative to issuing a refund. My response was that if you were going to redo it, you should also provide a partial refund, because the $3,200 gates we paid for were supposed to be flawless, not riddled with mistakes. You single-handedly destroyed your own work by drilling the auto-closing springs incorrectly and then--by your own words--did "a Mickey Mouse job" trying to fix the damage. That's not bullying; that's me holding you accountable for failing to deliver on a multi-thousand-dollar job. When a customer pays $3,200, they expect perfection. You didn't deliver. You also conveniently leave out that you did in fact charge extra for the springs. I debated whether they were worth the cost (spoiler: they weren't). Claiming otherwise is just another example of your dishonesty. & as for your favorite excuse of being "out of town" or "out of the country"--it shows up in nearly all of your negative reviews. If that's truly the case, then hire someone who can communicate with your customers in your absence. It's called running a business responsibly. You say you didn't "give in," yet you refunded $150 of the $200 I requested--because you knew you were in the wrong. & let's clear this up: you weren't even present at the installation, so how could you possibly claim we were "happy" when it was done? You have no clue what our reaction was because you weren't there. The truth is simple: you are unreliable, unprofessional, & incapable of delivering quality work or basic customer service. You consistently fail to meet deadlines, you ignore customers until they badger you into showing up, and when you do finally appear, your workmanship is careless. The fact that you still cannot comprehend why a refund was warranted speaks volumes. This wasn't about the delay alone--it was about the fact that when you finally showed up, you botched the job & ruined the gate. If you had installed the springs correctly the first time, none of this would have been an issue. Ramon, you are a compulsive liar, a money-hungry individual, & a man with zero accountability. If you can't handle the basic responsibilities of your trade or the expectations of paying customers, you should seriously consider selling your business to someone actually capable of running it with integrity--because you, sir, are terrible.

Installed my railing to the den, I like the install and it is still nice and solid after 4 years. Recommended!

Everything is good when they are TAKING your money and business. But, once it goes the opposite way (refund), Roger gets NASTY -- I didn't see this side of him before, always with a smile because while taking money in. I brought some parts to be replicated; 1" shaft with the center with a 2" diameter cylinder with 1" flanged bearings. I was suggested another way to "make" the part that would make everything more "simplified" for me, okay, sure. I wasn't sure what he meant, but after minutes of trying to explain to me, I just went with whatever Roger suggested since he would know better about the mechanics of machine parts, etc., He just told me that I would have to source the bearings myself, which is what I did. He asked me if the diameter could be smaller and I said yes. So I trusted his word and went with it. When I picked up the item, he said, "If it doesn't work out, just bring it back". The thing is, I complained after because what he sold me for almost $400, was NOT SOMETHING HE "MADE". It was a part that could be bought online (~16", 1" shaft with 2 shaft collars), which can be found on Amazon for $35 (shaft) + $10 (2 collars). He then said that he bought it McMasterCarr, then quickly changed his wording to "WE MADE IT". So which is it? (I will never know, but my assumption is he got it at McMasterCarr, as he first stated, or another retailer). Then he said, "I'M NOT HERE TO SAVE YOU MONEY." JUST WOW!! It's my fault for not understanding what he was trying to sell me, but it's obvious my lack of knowledge was taken advantage of--I let Roger do what he does. I believe there is a big difference between MAKING something and up charging for labor, etc., vs. buying $40 dollars worth of parts and CHARGING 9X-10X more!! Especially, to someone (me) whom he kept calling "friend" after all the visits/business I gave him. When he did this "work", I also dropped off a small part that had a broken screw stuck in it. He said it was FREE OF CHARGE to extract it. Anyway, when he agreed to refund me for the $400 (16" piece of 1" shaft), BUT he charged me $85 for the screw extraction that he told me that was free! From ~$400 refund, I received $85 less. This costs him nothing (almost literally) to fix easily. $85 FOR A SCREW EXTRACTION--HIGHWAY ROBBERY!!!! He gave it back to me, with a new screw, "I also gave you a screw". (Oh, gee, Thanks, I guess.)--But I didn't need that screw as I have 100's (if not 1000's) of these screws for my parts -- so he acted like giving me this screw in place of the broken one is a huge hook up, after I spent thousands and thousands of dollars here. I paid for this with my personal credit card, but he made out the refund check to the company I work for. So I asked him if he could cut the check out in my name since I'm the one who paid for it. He said, "just give it to your company and have them pay you." I explained to him that I can't do that because of accounting issues, etc. He got mad and he snatched the check out of my hand with an attitude. This right was the last straw. I was still going to give him more business (which I even told him, thanks for the refund and making this right, I'll be back). He told me, "I DONT CARE ABOUT MAKING THINGS RIGHT AND WHAT YOU THINK, I DONT NEED TO RESTORE FAITH IN YOU OR YOUR COMPANY". Okay, fine. ^Great attitude, perfect way to lose business after the fact that I stated that I hope this one issue won't affect future business and that I would be bringing more business. Roger shouldn't be interacting with customers on the front line if that's his attitude and represents your company. On the other hand, Alex is very polite. While Roger was deflecting the situation, blaming it on me, arguing who said what, this and that. Alex is the one who apologized on behalf of C&H Metal with a smile on his face, while Roger was steaming mad at the situation -- just the way he snatched the check out of my hand says it all. ALEX IS THE REAL MVP at C&H Metal, too bad he's not at top management, because management up top is clearly lacking customer service skills and lacking know-how to keep the customer acquisition costs low. I can bet they'll see this review and Google what CAC is because they don't know. Or maybe, they are making so much money, they don't care how they lose a few customers the way they do. Roger (mgmt) just knows how to take money with a smile on their face until you complain about something, then it gets nasty. This is the type of business you don't want to give business to. If you do give business to them, good luck. Hopefully, it's a short stint because eventually an issue will arise, and Roger has a short fuse, and you may not like the way he handles it. This experience was a blessing in disguise because I found a better and CHEAPER shop to do work for me.

With the clock ticking and trying to meet a deadline that was approaching, I found myself racing with time. After being turned away from so many local fabricators, my last draw was Architectural Aluminum Cladding, Inc. I had left that morning to pursue other possible leads and AACI would be my last stop for the day. That morning making last minute appointments, my conversation with Jenny Peng who is the office manager/estimator/design consultant and many other titles left me with hope with whom I had no prior contact or business ties. Naturally my day concluded in S. El Monte when I walked in the front office and met with Jenny. I presented my plan details and made Jenny aware of our "high profile client" expectations. She replied with her soft voice "no problem, we can do this for you". That was a major relief as a construction project manager to hear, it was comforting. Jenny brought out her floor production manager and also got involved in making sure everything shown can be made. Basically it involved taking flat sheets of stainless and breaking with 90 degree corners, 45 degree miters and ultimately applying a hand custom finish to create a intricate #6 finish. To the average person, you really can't see the difference unless you're a designer, architect or metallurgist. Our business continued the next day sending over my design plans electronically and signing off to proceed with fabrication. Drafted a deposit payment to commence work immediately. Terms of purchase order, net 30 days. Our client even offered to pay for Saturday labor to ACCI to help expedite completion. Our first delivery by AACI arrived on Monday with 2nd delivery on Wednesday as promised. No delays or hiccups. Material arrived with extra protection including bubble wrap. They went the extra effort to deliver sensitive material and not damage anything in transit. It's not a good scenario when you find yourself short on time and material is arriving damaged. Everybody loves a happy ending when the front doors of our client store opened up for business at 10am, Friday. I currently find myself with the same client and didn't think twice about reaching out to Jenny Peng and staff to help complete another project in Beverly Hills. This is a specialty fabricator capable of taking on small and large production order. State of the art metal shop offering many services to cater to your client and design needs. Modern equipment and highly skilled labor is a win, win. Finish work is of top priority specializing in laser cutting, break shapes, welding, powder coating to name a few.
