Poor quality of work; terrible communication between the crew and their manager; and misalignment…read morebetween office and customer on service expectations . We have alot of windows and many of them were left with streaks on the glass. The window sills were not thoroughly cleaned, despite asking specifically for that and agreement that it would be done. After I complained to the office manager via phone, they said a crew would return to correct the issues. Three days later they showed up without the necessary equipment and blamed that on their manager misinforming them. (A crew that badmouths their manager?!) After I expressed to the crew my disappointment at wasting my time, they decided to give up instead of going back to get what they needed. At that time, I sent a text to the office manager and never heard back.

About 5 months ago I had a associate from Fish Window Cleaning come into my business and ask for my…read morebusiness. The associate quoted a great price, we shook on the offer he made and he started washing my windows, 2-3 small places I pointed out and he quickly made the job correct. Next 5 weeks I got a different associate, he was unkept, could have cared less about the job he was doing, It took me more than one hour back and forth getting the job done correctly, ugh. (Windows cleaned every 5 weeks, their schedule would not allow every 4 weeks) Same thing every 5 weeks, they upped the price saying they had bid the job to low. I agreed as long as the Windows got done without me following them around. Got into the office today, I open every day at 12noon, bill for $20 was in the door? I called the number on the statement and got a man by the name of "Bill", I explained the situation to Bill and said the outside Windows were not clean? I had made it clear the Windows were to be cleaned every 4-5 weeks, inside and out. The bill was for outside Windows only and they were far from clean. Smudges, streaks. Our building is under remodel, I have 14 Windows across the front, 6 of the 14 Windows had about 6 specs of plaster dust maybe 1/32", the owner Bill says we don't clean construction mess??? I guess we will need to part ways!!!??? Wow! Horrible job 4-5 times and won't stand behind their work. Cut me loose !!! I give this company a double negative, don't waste your time! Zero customer service !!
