I called the number on the statement and got a man by the name of "Bill", I explained the situation to Bill and said the outside Windows were not clean? I had made it clear the Windows were to be cleaned every 4-5 weeks, inside and out. The bill was for outside Windows only and they were far from clean. Smudges, streaks. Our building is under remodel, I have 14 Windows across the front, 6 of the 14 Windows had about 6 specs of plaster dust maybe 1/32", the owner Bill says we don't clean construction mess??? Because of the complexity and coordination with the flooring company, we chose to work with both because of their previous partnerships. While they were at it, we asked them for a few extras like painting our bedrooms, installing new the faucet and instant on hot water tap, and painting and cabinet work for the effected kitchen island.
