The vet treated him wonderfully and tried her very best to save him. They treated him with love and respect and he looked so peaceful when i went to collect him to lay him to rest. they were so compasionate to my grief. When collecting dog, told to pick up at 4pm Arrived on-time for appt, kept waiting for 35 mins, no apologies. Was given a customised form for post op care with dogs name inserted, which was a nice touch, except that the form was for a cat! When returned for post op consultation vet thought he was giving annual jabs, had to inform why we were there, oh yes, "I remember" he said.... asked if he would inspect dogs ears and he gave me some solution to apply according to instructions, was charged £20.15 for 118ml bottle which is generally available for £7.22 To summarise they are rude, expensive and in-efficient. They look like they know what they are doing, but I doubt it!

It's only been opened a couple of years, but it was recommended to me after a friend had been using another branch in their practice. It's located on a steep hill, with roadside parking outside, and a disabled access if needed. I've only been to visit for routine vaccinations, but the vets and reception staff that I have had dealings with have been exceptionally friendly and helpful. I would have no hesitation recommending these vets to any pet owners.

The Veterinary Centre is situated on Wellington New Road and is near Musgrove Hospital. The car park is quite small, although there is enough spaces for the visitors. The centre its self is not that large and is in an industrial estate. They sell animal food and leads, etc. There is a x-ray room and all the rooms you would expext in a vets. I would recommend this vets as they charge reasonable prices, although it is slightly out of Taunton which may be inconvenient. This is one of the best in Taunton.
