We've been stopping at this park for years on travels up and down the highway. We love it. Easy on and off. Wide spaces. Quiet and peaceful. Fair fee. Laundry. Pet area. Propane. Store and library. Picnic areas. And all set in a beautiful location. I love the Petro Gas and Buffet a stone's throw away. No need to cook. Nice RV Park, just a few miles outside Kingman. Easy access from I40, with gas multi gas stations. Staff was very nice, stayed in site15, pull through, long gravel level sites, 50/30amp, H2O, sewer & cable. Park was very quiet, clean and very large showers. Their little store was pretty empty and the large trash bins nearly overflowing with trash. I would definitely recommend Blake Ranch RV Park. read more

Stayed here for the night on our way to Monument Valley. This place is nice. The parking for my trailer was nice and flat. Had all the hookups. Real clean bathrooms and showers. There is a horse shoe pit and a little store. It has a nice area to keep your horses overnight. read more

Only downside was truck noise from the nearby truck stop which wasn't overwhelming. Nice small convenience store in office, larger store at truck stop within easy walking distance. read more

This was a perfect week-long stop on our way from the East Coast to Las Vegas and right off I-40. Large pull-through spots for this new RV'er made it easy to pull in, perfectly clean laundry area (side note: mgr said that people from town actually come to the RV Park to do laundry rather than use the ones closer in town!), dog run and even a horse motel (we didn't use either). Great views of the mountains and close to Kingman. We were in site 16 and had no one around us for the whole week (Tuesday-Monday). We were having trouble with our cable TV hook-up and mgr came out to help ASAP - very friendly staff. Definitely stay here - you will not be disappointed. read more

The park has 55 sites, mix of back-in and pull-thru. There is easy access into the park and the roads in the park are easy to navigate. Check in was fast and friendly. They have a small store with your basic needs and some craft items. We were in Site 16, gravel and level with full hook-ups. No issues with the hook-ups. The site was plenty long enough for our 37' Class A, tow-dolly and parking the car. The sites are a little wider than normal. The view of the mountains is a nice bonus. WiFi was spotty at our site, but worked better in the laundry room. Laundry room and bathrooms were clean. They have two good sized dog parks. Park is very well maintained. We stayed October 17-19, 2017 and paid $25.69 a night with our Good Sam discount. read more

We had a tough travel day: blew out a tire on our 5th wheel, had to replace a fuel filter on our truck because of water in the fuel, and ended up limping into Kingman later than expected with a grinding rear brake. The office at Blake's was closed, but there was a check-in package waiting for us! And in the morning they helped us get to the auto parts place to pick up our new caliper. Didn't charge us extra, even though we stayed a little past check-out time, and gave me a lift to the on-site laundry (which is clean and up to date, just like the rest of the park), so I could wash clothes while my husband got the brakes fixed. We'll stop here every time we travel through Arizona. read more

Late night registration was a breeze. Easy to complete form and great communication on which pull through spots were available at the time. It was dark and found a spot easily and it was large and fit our 38fter with tow car great. Easy accessible water and hookups. Nice small rock gravel covered ground and very clean. Enjoyed our stay even if we were just passing through. Thanks for the nice place to stop and rest. Will stay again when going through. read more

It was perfect for what we needed. It was right off the freeway, we came in after hours, and set up at a site they had left open for us. It is all dirt so pretty dusty. They have a great dog area for off leash which our dogs needed after cruising all day. It is pretty noisy because of the location. I would stay here again though because of the location and easy in and out. The people who worked there were very friendly and very helpful! read more

Great park with pull through and full hook ups. Showers roomy very clean and functional. Bench in shower private shower area, shelf to hold miscellaneous items needed for your shower and hooks for towel and clothes. Great water pressure with multiple adjustable pressure. People who run the park were great. Park was very clean with horse and canine areas. Will return if our traveling takes us back that way. read more

Great park, level sites, full hook ups take discounts (AAA, GoodSam) dog park area, even accommodates horses nearby in enclosed "horse motel". Very clean and well maintained. Friendly staff. AND it's hidden up the hill behind from the Truck Wash(don't let that deter you) so we had our RV done first! I'll always stop here now on my way to Grand Canyon! Very quiet too. Good location, well stocked store, laundry, and the nicest showers I've see! The stalls are adequate with good shade cover. The bunkhouse is just that, don't expect more than a bed and AC. The door was dragging on the porch making it difficult to open and close and, it's "drafty". Better than putting up a tipi or sleeping in a bedroll for sure! The folks are very nice and accommodating. I recommend it! read more

We stayed at Blake's Ranch RV Park after going through the Grand Canyon Cavern RV Park where we were supposed to stay but that place looked scary. No one at the whole place except for one trailer off to the side where it looked like someone lived; maybe the caretaker??? Anyway, We started looking for alternatives and found Blake's Ranch and called for availability. Kim answered the phone and was extremely polite, friendly and informative. When we arrived she checked us in for the night and we had our choice of 14 sites. The grounds are meticulously maintained. They have a Showers, restroom, Rec Room, Horseshoes, Laundry, LP gas on site, dog park, Modem hookup, WiFi, Cable, Water, Sewer. The site was pea gravel and was level for our RV! We had a big tree to shade us and a brand new picnic table. I would definitely stay here again and recommend Blake's RV to everyone. read more

First RV park we ever used. We were very satisfied. Giving it 4 stars because of the simplicity (although we did appreciate it). Very convenient to 1-40/Route 66. Clean gas station/ decent restaurant less than 1mile away. This rv park was clean, with full hook up at site, landscaped, and a dog run. Best part, the shower house was extremely clean. A true plus when traveling. Friendly staff, a "cowboy" came and helped us first timers hook up everything and gave us the "how to's" of the rv park (shout out to the cowboy, sorry for forgetting your name). Overall, you changed this families impression of the town of Kingman. We will see you again on our way back home! read more

Absolutely beautiful park with a friendly staff and super clean private bathrooms. The park is right off the freeway but far enough that you don't get road noise. One tip is if you are going to arrive after 8pm,when the office closes, be sure to call and let them know you are coming. We arrived at 8:20 and they stayed and waited for us to get their and then led us to our site and helped us park. As a bonus they also have a Horse Hotel so if you are traveling with your horse they have a great barn area for them. We will definitely be staying again. read more

What a pleasant surprise to find such a beautiful, clean RV park in Kingman. We were weary travelers on our way home after being on the road for 2 weeks. Just did not want to make a long drive on our last day, so we decided last minute to stop for the night. It was gorgeous. The clouds behind the hills were particularly beautiful that day. The front office is cute, country and comfy. A beautiful dog run area, koi pond and big, easy pull thru sites! Such a cinch to set up for the night. This was a blessing as we had recently been in parks that were such tight squeezes, not always easy in an RV. Heard they have horse barn as well if needed. I am certainly keeping this place in mind for any other road trips along the I 40. An added plus is there is a restaurant within biking/ walking distance. Have not tried it yet, but will tonight on our last night RVing. Office staff very pleasant as well. read more

We stayed at Blake Ranch as we had plans to go to Seligman and to Lake Havasu and Bullhead City. We took two of our grandkids as it was their spring break. They are 14 and 8. This park is not at all for kids. They have a rec room but children are not allowed in it at all. There is nothing for the kids. We soon discovered that their WiFi Hot Spot is only for one at a time. We feel it should be rated 55 and over. The pet area is great and they have trees and fairly nice spots for parking. Too bad part of the large pet area wasn't made into a small park. They were not nice toward my grandson. We won't stay there again. read more

About 20 minutes east of crowded and busy Kingman, in the country. This is a well run and clean park. Pull thru's are very long and level gravel. Power and water are fine. Didn't use the cable tv. Though neighbors complained about the wifi speed, we found it plenty fast for e-mail and research on Yelp, etc. Office staff was super efficient and friendly. Wish we had discovered it a long time ago. read more

Amazing! Was able to take myself, my dog, horse trailer trailer and 2 horses in last minute. Stalls and horse facilities lovely! Beautifully maintained clean and safe. I will definitely be back on my next cross country trip! Beds are wonderful and best sleep I think I've had in 5 years! Dan, Kim and miss Charlie are lovely people. I can't rate this high enough. This is a great park, location! Easy on and off from 40 and gas/diesel close by. Excellent, clean facilities and pet friendly. Lots of washers/dryers too! Since it was raining while we were here, the gravel at each spot was also great. We will stay here again! read more
