Because of my poor driving record I'm considered "high risk" and unable to get cheap insurance. But they worked with me to get it to about $255 a month which is much better then $465 a month! The gentleman I spoke with was very easy to talk to & got straight to the point. He was able to give me a pretty decent quote up front That I was in agreement with. I went down and signed the forms and was insured within the hour. The whole process took less than two hours! Thanks again!!!

While trying to explain myself, I was cut off and given a very nasty attitude. While trying to explain, I was just having some trouble retrieving any confirmation or receipt he continued to mock my stutter. How the fuck are you gonna be mad that I had to call and check up on something that you should've done? When I asked to speak to the manager, he said he was the owner, which made it even more concerning. You're in a business of providing service to people so if you don't wanna serve people then maybe you should get the fuck up out of that office, thats a DISSERVICE. I don't know what this guy has going on, but this will not stop here. I am going to make sure affordable insurance is on every do not go to page in hopes that no one has to have this experience again. I also phone recorded the whole conversation and will be reporting he is going to be held accountable and I hope that no one experiences this. For someone who deals with mental health and already having a lot going on, but nobody has to give a fuck but common decency is nice, especially when you're trying to give someone your fucking money. Please do not go to this man. it's not what you do it's how you do it and if you wanna go around treating people like shit and talking to people isn't an excusable way to handle things and maybe you should do your own fucking homework on your age and how you should be acting. It's OK though when people like that, feel like they are in power, there's always someone who is more in power. It appears to be nice to people let it be your daughter or your family member or your wife or anybody close to. You being talked to like that by a male how are you gonna take it? My credit rating by the "Big Three" is rated Excellent. NBIC ran a credit check thru Lexis Nexis on behalf of Narragansett Bay Ins. My e mail has been full unsolicited credit card and loan offers from Banks and organizations that I never did any business with, or ever heard of. I have never experienced this before. It is obvious that my private information is now available en mass on some sort of wide spread list. I need this stopped for the obvious reasons. I called the office that originated the policy (to their credit within hours) to ask for a copy of the credit report which they used to process my policy. To date, 7/17/18, both the person who wrote the policy, Mr. Scott Gilbert and his superior, VP Mr. Loren Marozas have told me to contact the reporting company they use,Lexis Nexis obviously knowing that the wait for the report (which Narragansett Bay has had since June 19th) will take 30-60 Days for me to receive from Lexis Nexis the credit report which they already have. Their lack of follow thru on my behalf and the sheer lack of consideration on their part is unconscionable and reprehensible. Robert J. Swartz
