I called this miserable fuck to get an update on my policy and why it hadn't reflected on my end that my address had updated which makes a big difference in how much I pay a month. While trying to explain myself, I was cut off and given a very nasty attitude. While trying to explain, I was just having some trouble retrieving any confirmation or receipt he continued to mock my stutter. How the fuck are you gonna be mad that I had to call and check up on something that you should've done? When I asked to speak to the manager, he said he was the owner, which made it even more concerning. You're in a business of providing service to people so if you don't wanna serve people then maybe you should get the fuck up out of that office, thats a DISSERVICE. I don't know what this guy has going on, but this will not stop here. I am going to make sure affordable insurance is on every do not go to page in hopes that no one has to have this experience again. I also phone recorded the whole conversation and will be reporting he is going to be held accountable and I hope that no one experiences this. For someone who deals with mental health and already having a lot going on, but nobody has to give a fuck but common decency is nice, especially when you're trying to give someone your fucking money. Please do not go to this man. it's not what you do it's how you do it and if you wanna go around treating people like shit and talking to people isn't an excusable way to handle things and maybe you should do your own fucking homework on your age and how you should be acting. It's OK though when people like that, feel like they are in power, there's always someone who is more in power. It appears to be nice to people let it be your daughter or your family member or your wife or anybody close to. You being talked to like that by a male how are you gonna take it? I don't think you're gonna take it lately and all this over, you not being able to handle a conversation that is your job asshole read more

I called today to reconnect and check my balance from previous months. The owner of the company, a guy was extremely rude and unprofessional. Not only did he yell at me he asked me "what do you want" I told him that I wanted to pay off my balance , when he asked what company I said I'm not sure he said well you probably should do your homework before you call me. Mind you that should be in the record. When I told him he was unprofessional he hung up in my face. Definitely do not waste your time with this man or his company. Plus the office is filthy read more

The service was fantastic!! The boss made sure the insurance policy was reinstated since it was lapsed. Made great jokes to lighten up the mood as he tried a few strategies to get it back. Just great work! And a free mug, so honestly it can't get better than that. read more

After getting Abruptly kicked off my last insurance company. I was desperately trying to find an insurance company that was somewhat affordable instead of the $400-$500 monthly quotes I was getting from progressive and other similar companies. Because of my poor driving record I'm considered "high risk" and unable to get cheap insurance. But they worked with me to get it to about $255 a month which is much better then $465 a month! The gentleman I spoke with was very easy to talk to & got straight to the point. He was able to give me a pretty decent quote up front That I was in agreement with. I went down and signed the forms and was insured within the hour. The whole process took less than two hours! Thanks again!!! read more

Great price super affordable! Appreciate the customer service. I will definitely be staying with this insurance company for a long time.

Unfortunately, two members in our family have had bad experiences with this company. A couple years ago when my brother who has some special needs, but is very capable of driving, and obtaining his own vehicle insurance was brought to tears by the man that answered the phone at this company. Just for asking a few questions and trying to understand. Unfortunately, a couple of years later that same brother has had a bad stroke and will not be driving. As my brothers representative, I called today to cancel his insurance. As I was trying to explain the situation, the man who answered the phone interrupted me, he was rude and would not let me speak. He raised his voice several times. I would not recommend this company. Still read more

The frustration it gives me knowing a man that can be this rude and unprofessional owns the business is nauseating. Whenever I call to pay my bill I have my fingers crossed it won't be him I have to deal with on the phone. The owner should step down and let his son run the place since he's so miserable and cant find it in himself to talk to people decently. The girl that works in the front is an absolute peach sorry she has to work for such an old miserable clown of a boss. read more

Been getting insurance from here since 2010 and will never leave. They are so friendly and accommodating. I called with a question and got my answer and some extra information I didn't even know. Made it one of the easiest phone calls during this pandemic! Would recommend! read more

The rudest company I've ever dealt with !!! Stay far away. I'd rather pay more than deal with these people

So I brought my mom into this office to sign her paperwork and I just left because of the shitty attitude I received from the owner because I didn't have a mask on but yet it's ok for his coworker to not have a mask on and take care of clients. Also they lost my moms paperwork that we had to sign so they had to reprint everything again. I will be taking my parents business including mine elsewhere because I won't be treated like shit. I want nothing to do with this place ever again. I would rather pay more somewhere else than have to deal with the shitty attitude. I will not be recommending this place to anyone. read more

Was treated VERY rudely by the owner who quoted me price. He talks over you and didn't let me get a word in! Made rude comment that at my age, it was odd I didn't already have a car until now! Little did he know I've been in a financial bind and trying to save for one! Still inappropriate for him to say. My follow up question had nothing to do with his rambling. I had to finanally say "can you let me ask my question now?" That's just not good customer service! I own a small business myself and show respect to all my customers! I wouldn't go with this company for this very reason. He acts like he's doing you a favor! It's just not right!! read more

Well they are able to insure you so that's worth a star but man the customer service is nasty. I'm from Boston and have grown up around rude people and actually enjoy a little attitude at times but this guy AND his son just are disrespectful! If you don't need to communicate with them then go ahead and use them. I warned you! read more

Rude doesn't begin to cover how awful the owner treats it's customers he won't even listen or allow you to get a word in! He's demeaning, and the worst customer service I've ever had! If I could give a zero as a review I would. Save yourself the pain and aggravation shop somewhere else read more

The RUDEST guy EVER!! I can't believe at one time I referred many customers to him!! Asked me the SAME application information 2x and got upset when I didn't want to provide it a 3rd time! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AT ALL!! Never provided a quote but asked what I was being charged by my current carrier!! In the end HE HUNG UP ON ME!! Great for your business NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS RUDE NON PROFESSIONAL, NEVER!!!! His own LOYAL customers say the same!! read more

This is by far the worst company hands down. The owner is very rude and disrespectful towards women. I called to get my policy number and he told me he didn't have my policy number. While he was giving me attitude. He didn't even know my name. I ended up calling the original insurance company who gave me the number and they also told me affordable should have my policy number. So when I called back the owner was still very rude called me names and hung up the phone on me. Save yourself the trouble. read more

I have never in my life dealt with such a rude arrogant individual. Wanted to add additional coverage to my vehicle and he told me NO that I did not need it. I continued to state that I made it clear I wanted same coverage as my agent I left. He yelled and raised his voice and said then bring me 200. More. I told him he did not have to b do rude and arrogant that I was only asking a question. He continued his ranting by telling me if I wasn't happy then go back to my old agent. And that is exactly what I did Didn't even have,me as a,customer for 24 hours. Ty u did me a huge favor. read more

Very good experience with this company. I was paying 141$ a month with my previous insurance company and now I am paying 89$ per month with affordable insurance. Great people over there excellent service!!!! read more

This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I personally spoke to the owner of the company...if I could give this place a 0 stars I would. I was an Allstate customer for 10 years and wanted to save some money...this guy is by far the most unprofessional person I've ever met. Not only did he not help me..he hung up on me because I told him I didn't have time for his references to a baseball game. read more

Every single time I come in , the guy that owns this office is so rude. The lady and other younger guy are absolutely nice, it's just the old miserable one in the back. I went in to pay my bill he asked if I had it with me I said no, he grabs a folder with everyone's bills from there and says to me "you got to start bringing your bill every time you never have it" looks for my bill for 5 minutes throws the folder at me and says "look for yourself I give up" (god forbid if he had to do his job) mind you when the lady or other man help me they never have a problem and find my bill right away. Anyways, he went on the computer to look for my other bill (I have split insurance) and says "you got into two accidents this year keep it up and well drop you" And kept mumbling how I'm a shitty driver. I said it was an accident I wouldn't do it on purpose and raise my insurance... as if I can go back and change it. He kept talking about "we don't care we don't like to pay for shitty drivers" and kept attacking me so I finally lost it and said "ok drop me then, there's other insurance companies " I'm not gonna have someone swearing at me and threatening me. He got furious and kept on with the insults to me and said "good luck finding someone better than us especially with your accidents nobody will take you" I said "listen you don't have to be rude to me I didn't do anything to you" and he says "you're gonna call me rude in my office get out of my fucking office pay your bill on your own" and threw my bills at me. Refused to let me pay my bill. I live all the way in Johnston and drove 25 minutes for nothing. I feel so disrespected. I honestly rather pay extra for car insurance than go to a place with such a fucking rude miserable person who hates himself so much he takes it out on everyone else. Fuck this place... and aside from this encounter when he's not being rude he's also being a creep. He's always saying to me he likes younger rich girls and asks me if I'm rich. When he saw that I was 22 he said "too old for me". I don't care that it was a joke, it was weird, I wouldn't ever touch him not even with a 10 foot stick. You don't talk to people or women like that. Clearly why he's alone and miserable. I'm young enough to be his grand kid. It's ok... anyone got the number to the general tho??? Lol read more

Being an insurance agent myself in the past. I was highly satisfied when i originally purchased my policy. The lady who helped me was kind, professional and efficient. I know people in the insurance business work off of commission so I made sure to refer over 15+ people to this office. Today, however I will make it a point to tell EVERYONE I can to avoid this place like the plague it is! My debit card was lost so I called the office to ask if I may come in a make a payment in person. ( I had previously done this here with my original agent without incident) Today the man who answered my call was nothing but arrogant and rude. He abruptly stated that they can but it is a nuisance for them to make payments...(im sure it wasnt a nuisance when they were writing all the new policies i sent them!) Then when I told him that I would just find another insurance company to see if i could make a payment there, since it was an emergency. He automatically assumed I meant that i was taking my business elsewhere so he said i was better off finding a new insurance alltogether and hung up on me! DONT WORRY I ABSOLUTELY WILL AND I WILL TAKE EVERY REFERRAL WITH ME!!!!! read more

Awful service. Horrible customer service. Extremely rude associates. I was told my bank account would be charged a certain price by 2 associates and on 2 separate days so I purchased the policy. The next day come to find out they charged my account $70 more than what I was told. I called immediately to find out why there was a discrepancy and the owner Steven proceeded to yell at me and tell me that's just what it is so I asked why him and another associate told me a different price on 2 other occasions and he could not answer my question and continued to yell at me and said to cancel the policy if I'm not happy with the price. So that is exactly what I did. I went right away to the office to cancel the policy and they still tried to get me to sign paperwork to start the policy. After I declined signing that paperwork they finally canceled the policy and stated my money would be refunded to my account. I have never in my life ever dealt with a company so unprofessional, rude, disrespectful, dishonest and offensive! read more
