While supervising the sub contractor that no longer works for me I installed a exterior door on the basement that had been kicked in at no charge. I received a call about flashing and promptly showed up and replaced it at no cost. I tried very hard to do the best job at the best price and give a written warranty with all work performed. I am surprised at the review and do not take this lightly. I did everything I could do, but sometimes you just can't make everyone happy.

After several calls and no one available for weeks, I Came upon Under 1 Roof, called and the owner Hayden was in the area, stopped by took a look and had one of his men come and patch the area (we had rain in the forecast). Called the insurance company they recommended replacing the whole roof. I called Hayden, he gave me an estimate that matched the insurance company's.
