But it gets better because Maria the person is an absolutely delight. It's weird to brag about your audiologist, but it's absolutely appropriate in this case.

One year later my vocal cord has re-opened somewhat and everything is much better. I followed his advice and got off of one of my powdered inhaler and I have pretty much cleared up. I only have a need to clear my throat occasionally and that is primarily caused by one of my inhalers. I'm doing much better. I recommend RIENT for any ear nose and throat issues.

No apology from the doctor or anything he was just like I can't believe it, while sending me out to an audiologist so I could get hearing aids. Fast forward to recent, I call this office and they never answer, they prompt you to leave a message and they don't return calls for awhile, extremely frustrating. My hearing has gotten worse and the audiologist told me to come back here to see if the ENT doctor can see what's going on. Which prompted this review because I am fed up. They do have other offices (Providence, I called and they said you should stick to Cumberland which is this location since that's where you started) mind you Cumberland is really far from me so Providence is much closer the lady was extremely rude at Providence as well. I'm not really sure why they have all these locations but frown upon switching places especially when this location is impossible to get ahold of. I did call the Johnston location and they said they would see me in a month. So we shall see. Hopefully they at least listen, but they didn't give me an issue seeing them there. This location is in a building with other offices and the parking lot is a decent size. It's kind of old and outdated looking on the inside.

He guided my mom, and myself through every step. He was so professional and knowledgeable - but what I admired most, was the way he treated my mom, with such kindness and compassion. It took a full…read morefour days to get a response to a simple prescription refill request--and after multiple follow-ups, the only reply was, "Please come in and visit with a care provider, then we can prescribe poison ivy itch creams." So essentially, they want $1,200 just to prescribe something that they know as well as I do would have been prescribed immediately if I had come in. By the time they finally responded, four more days had gone by and the issue had already run its course.
