Now that i have…read morethem I've already gave 2 of my good friends the contact info for Audiology Associates and told them not to wait any longer. I can't say enough about Dr. Russell and Nicole. They were extremely patient with me, took their time, answered all my questions and most important treated me with professionalism and kindness and made me feel comfortable and confident with the product I finally decided to purchase. They didn't try to sell me anything and didn't pressure me either. I told them both that I cany believe how happy I am with my hearing aids today when I saw them for my first follow up appointment. They were great to deal with and I'd strongly recommend them to anyone reading this review. Peace, David

Two years, many hearing aid adjustments, and one appointment where I had a full break down about their lack of empathy and assistance (no Dr. Darrow in sight).. they still treated me like I was unimportant. Thousands of dollars for hearing devices they seem to have no interest in making work for me. And then they *mixed up* the dates of the appointment made to cancel my hearing aid contract . Probably the best Dr I have ever been to…read more I have been seeing Dr Moodie for the past 3 or 4 years for a neurological condition. She's thorough, smart and has a very pleasant bedside manner. Appointments are never rushed, and every time I walk in, she is on top of my previous appointments, symptoms, test results, etc. In other words; she does her homework, takes the time to know her patients and genuinely seems to care. I have been doing very well since under her treatment, and pretty much, all credit goes to her her for keeping me ambulatory these past few years. Initially, I was probably not the best patient. As likely true with most any drug(s)/treatment, sometimes they can come along with a certain amount of risk for some nasty, sometime serious side effects. Dr Moodie has always made me aware of this--and not once was I pressured, or rushed into making a decision on any particular treatment. She always gave me the facts, urged me to look into it, and I was the one who ultimately who made the decision. I'd highly recommend her, and hope she never relocates.
