I brought…read morethem my brand-new 2026 Lexus ES 350h for PPF and ceramic coating, and from the very beginning, Preston took the time to thoroughly explain the process, walk me through the products and options, and patiently answer all of my questions. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, forthcoming with information, and very easy to work with. What really stood out was the communication. Preston kept me updated throughout the entire process and even sent me video messages each day, showing the progress and explaining the work being done to my car. I really appreciated that level of transparency and attention to detail. The workmanship and quality of the products were top-notch, and they did everything they said they would. Even more impressive, there was a section of the PPF that didn't meet their own standards, so they redid it at no additional cost. That says a lot about the pride they take in their work and their commitment to standing behind their products. The shop itself also made a great impression. It was brightly lit, clean, spacious, and professional. Highly recommended! I would absolutely use EZ Auto Spa again and would have no hesitation sending friends and family their way.
