These guys are reasonably priced and they do an OK job. The wash system could do a better job on…read morewhite letter tires. I noticed that the secondary cleaning crew did not to take care of that either, so not too happy about that. All it would take is a quick once-over on the white letters to take care of any remaining dirt. Personnel are friendly and they seem to want to do a good quality service but the turnaround time was slow compared to what I was expecting and considering the items noted above that were overlooked. I think they are the only game in town for this type of wash service so I perhaps that explains some of these issues.

I have gone to this car wash multiple times. I have 2 trucks and The owner always makes a big deal…read moreand yells at his staff about something going wrong with my truck. So today, when my wife was bringing her brand new car, her and I removed the roof rack, trailer hitch to make sure there were no problems. She goes in and everything was fine but when she had 2 seats left, the owner shuts off the vacuum and says they were closed. When she said she was almost done, he said "Nope we close at 4:45" she said "can I come back tomorrow? " he said "Nope closed Sunday and Monday" I am used to him being rude to so I haven't written a review, but apparently he is a dick to everyone. Luckily we are a capitalist society and I will drive to Cleveland to avoid giving him another dollar.

We limped across the country just for him, to support our hometown. You're supposed to change it every 80,000 miles. Ours was at 130,000 and someone told us what could happen if you don't get the belt changed- engine could blow up and be ruined. So ended up getting the timing belt, transmission oil changed, water pump, and replaced the spark plugs all for only $350. Flexible- you can show up sometimes and they're right on it.
