Her and 3 other ladies came to clean, devoid of critical cleaning supplies. This was a 2 day job and a set price was agreed upon. Floors, walls and baseboards were to be cleaned. After the first day of 24 hours of total labor time little had been accomplished other than cleaning the blinds and sweeping. Many spots had been missed and this was just on the main floor. A discussion was had with the displeasure in the quality of service that had been completed. The following day, Whitney and one lady arrived to pickup up their few supplies they asked us to wash for them (seriously) and demanded payment. They were paid by check and never completed the job, cashing the check at 8:30 AM. I would not recommend Whitney and will never pay until a job is completed in full.
