If you need a cab ride and you call BlackedOut 406 I hope you get Dawn and her BlackedOut minivan. She is an excellent cab driver and her little minivan is like riding in a little limousine. I am 6'3" and 270 lbs and she hits a button and the door opens and once I am in she closes it again. The nicest ride out of all the cabs and one of the greatest drivers I have ever dealt with. lol read more

Our group was placed in the middle of a situation between Blacked Out 406 and a local bar that scheduled (or thought they scheduled) a 4-hour night on the town for an annual event. There was/is bad business between them and we got the figurative middle finger from Ryan when we tried to figure out why no limo showed up. To top this off, his customer service, or lack thereof, showed when he threatened my wife with personal messages and Facebook comments of legal action and statements like "tread lightly" while referencing someone named Jake's bad google review of his business. He apparently doesn't agree that bad reviews should be allowed to be posted on review sites/apps. Personally, I would've been fine with a simple, "Sorry we can't help you because there was a miscommunication." But he skipped right over that and went straight to threats and his typical tactless Facebook posting. Fortunately for us, the bar owner had better customer service and came through with a plan b to get our night back on track. She actually treated us like customers instead of problems. In the end we had a good night, no thanks to Blacked Out 406 though. read more

We paid a limo deposit for an event. The night of the event, the limo AND company told us they would not be picking us up. WTF?! I could understand if we had not paid a deposit, but to not honor our deposit is BS. read more

If you are just going from point A to point B with no stops, they're decent. However my experience this morning was not so great. I told the dispatcher I needed to go through the pharmacy drive thru to grab my medication on the way to work. They said they do not make stops anymore and refused. So I had to go without meds today. read more

My boyfriend and I got stranded at cashout casino (the larger one on, tenth there are 2 in great falls) our car broke down and this cab service treated us so badly, telling us we were sending them on a wild goose chase..acted like we were scum..... Super rude....nice to know we are not worth a ride...we are good tippers by the way...we treat people with respect. We gave them our address and they wouldn't even send a cab. I would rather walk a thousand miles than use this cruddy service. We are humanan beings trying to exist in hard times like everyone else......thanks for nothing. read more

They did a great job helping me plan my holiday travels. With prebooking service, i didn't have to struggle with making sure we got to the airport on time at 3AM while running on no sleep. And when our return flight got in 30 minutes earlier than expected, all i had to do was call and the dispatched someone right away so we wouldn't have to wait any longer. Very disappointed with this taxi service. They did not respond to a call I made after 9 pm from the airport and again was not very cooperative about driving me thru a covid test site. They told me they would drop me off and that was it - not willing to have me in their cab to do the drive thru! I ended up walking to the drive thru test site and getting my test that way. There was no other cars there.... How is this company still in business??? read more

BlackedOut 406 was an experience. The car arrived on time, great ride, I mentioned to the driver that he was going out of the way, and he responded that her was taking the shortest route. from the airpot to Malmstrom. He took 10 ave turn onto 6th Street over to central and then he turn on 2nd Ave and add about 2miles to the distance. I am not sure what the rate is for miles and distance, but I considered the extra miles his tip. Pay attention to the route that the cab takes. read more

Just needed a quick and reliable transport from a service garage to my work place. Driver was EARLY, so didn't have to wait. Driver also was familiar with were I needed to go, and took a very direct route across town. Fare was slightly LESS than the quoted amount when I made the reservation to be picked up.
