I went in to get 2 balloon bunches (4 balloons in one, 5 in the other) for my son's birthday. There were 2 gals there, one who took my balloon order. They were obviously busy, but there wasn't a sign up saying they were closed or not taking orders or anything. The gal took my order but seemed pretty brisk about it. That is fine, I can handle brisk. While the gal started filling up the 9 balloons I ordered, I waited. She started telling me they were very busy and that they'd had too many walk-in orders because "no one bothers to call ahead." Well, ok, I didn't know I was suppose to....sorry. I said something about "Well, sounds like business is good at least" and she kind of made a sound and said "Yeah." I waited some more, and the balloons were ready. They looked nice, and the gal got a little nicer. I checked out and it was $17 for 9 balloons (I dunno if that's a good price on balloons or not, but I was ok with it, though it's not...like...cheap). I was just making conversation and I said "Well, sorry I didn't call ahead, hope you get it all done" and the other gal there came over, handed me a card and said VERY briskly "CALL AHEAD next time." Well, the treatment wasn't great, they acted like I was a pain in their ass, but the worst part of the whole thing is that 2 of the balloons deflated overnight. All I did was put them in my car and drive home (3 blocks away). For a place whose sole business is balloons, and with prices that aren't cheapo, I expect that 100% of the balloons will at least last the night, instead only 75% of my balloons lasted. They looked lame at the party. My parents got me balloons and a flower arrangement there for my birthday. They received similar treatment. Overall, just too bad and none of us will be back. Which is too bad for them, my son LOVES balloons and will be getting them for every birthday!!!

The worst service I have ever had! I walked in to this store the other day to get balloons and one…read moreof the ladies came to "greet" me, I asked her if I could get some balloons and after a heavy sigh she said "fine hold on" and then proceeded with "we are closing and I have a lot of orders to do". I told her to not worry about and I could go else where but she insisted I "chop, chop" and hurry over to the counter and then VERY sarcastically asked "how can I help you?" After this, I told her no thanks and that we would be going elsewhere. As I turned around she loudly called after me "alright, you have a great day tiger!" I have never been treated so disrespectfully at a place of business. I will be telling all of my friends and family to steer clear from this establishment.
