This policy was not listed any where on her site as well as her photo release waiver that we needed to sign. I was offered a re-shoot however, my confidence in her abilities where shot after round one. I am sorry to say this is a photographer that you should "BUYER BEWARE" of! Very unethical business practice and poor quality....not worth the money! Lastly, My husband was recruited to assemble a prop wagon at the time of the shoot! Very unprofessional.....If I could up load these terrible pictures I would for visual aid :)

I booked her for my son's senior portraits and she was late to the session location and then rushed…read morethrough it. All she had was her camera. She didn't have anything to block the sun and she even had to go back to her car for a memory card. She didn't want to read the paperwork that I had brought with me from the school about how the poses were to be for the yearbook. At the end she said that'll be $ and then she left. When I got my disk none of the poses were cropped so they would be useable in the yearbook and she didn't even edit out my son's few pimples on his face and she left bright sun spots on his face too. I convinced her to crop two of the poses so hopefully they can be used in the yearbook. While I was in her office she was on Facebook watching videos and talking about other photo shoots and how people have not paid her for her work. She even talked bad about the person who was ironing her backdrops and asked me if I would fix it for her in exchange for a free session. All in all, she knows less about photography than a Walmart photo studio employee. She was very unprofessional in her poses and her edits. Don't waste your time or money.
