Never use this unprofessional company, you'd have better luck literally anywhere else. Today as I'm driving home I notice a huge truck driving erratically as I get closer the driver loses control of his truck and almost runs himself off the freeway. My cars front windshield was damaged as rocks and dirt went everywhere. After trying to get the truck to stop the driver flips me off and drives off unsafely cutting vehicles off. This is the most unprofessional sad excuse of a company. If you are using them for your vehicle transportation I feel very sorry for you. I was in the lane next to this company's truck that was hauling multiple cars when the driver clearly was not paying attention to the road. He was in the slow lane and swerved out of his lane into the dirt and rocks on the side of the freeway, shooting a cloud of dust and rocks all over not only the cars he was transporting surly damaging those aswell as the cars behind him. I was one of them my windshield was completely shattered. When I drove next to the driver and asked if he could pull over he asked me to roll down my window when I did so he told me to go f**k myself. I immediately called the owner of the company Craig or Corey i believe and let him know the situation. he said would review the camera footage and call me back. When he did call me back his attitude completely changed he was combative and rude and said he is not responsible and his insurance would tell me the same thing. But would not provide his insurance. He then said based off the footage it was my fault I asked oh really what kind of car am I driving he stated a white one. My car is silver. Then caught lieing admitted his cameras are very low quality and it is hard to see much of anything. I said you don't have cameras inside the truck? you can't see me driving next to him, your driver asking me to roll my window down and telling me to F off. He said it takes 30 min to pull the footage, so how then did he pull the footage in five min that it took to call me back saying I was In a white car lol lies on lies. When I asked if he could cover the damages he said absolutely not and that he would not even look further into the situation. If your car was on this truck and was transported through California passing Temecula on the 15 south around 3:30pm on 10/19 I assure you your vehicle was damaged. Janine f, I totally agree I personally caught this company lying about the exact thing concerning damage to my vehicle as well! The owner is not turning it over to the insurance company. He is paying out of his own pocket for repairs to vehicle's. I used them to ship a brand, new Ford bronco from Kalispell to Phoenix. The dealership sent me a photo of my odometer, and when they finally brought me my vehicle, it had over 200 more miles on it and numerous scratches and dents!!! It was brand new as well I had them pick it up in Kalispell at the dealership and brought to their place of business it's sat for over two weeks as the owner and dispatcher kept telling me as soon as the truck had a full load they would ship it. In the meantime, it seems that they were joy riding in my brand new vehicle. I questioned the driver upon delivery. He was very courteous and show proof that he wasn't the one who put the miles on the vehicle, because there was no way possible in the amount of time it took him to get from Great Falls to Phoenix that he could have driven our suv He explain to me where it was positioned on the truck. He would've had to have unloaded six vehicles prior to mine to drive it. he was very professional and apologetic, the owner of the company on the other hand not so much I spoke with him, his wife and other office personnel regarding the matter even sending pictures of the odometer and was met with pretty much sorry about your bad luck as a response upon inspecting my vehicle interior it was just plain filthy!! I am a Snowbird I ship vehicle's twice a year bonefish. The owner was just plain rude My contact fire started as Brady I guess he quit because I called him on his cellular phone and he said it wasn't his problem anymore to call a guy name Curt Curt in the truck driver with the only two worth dealing with at this company I had the pleasure of speaking with!! there are other automobile shippers in the Great Falls area. I was exceedingly disappointed by Big Sky Auto Transport on numerous levels. 1) Delivery was scheduled for Tuesday. I left a message with the dispatcher on Monday morning, and he never called me back. 2) The dispatcher never once responded to phone calls or voice mails, I eventually sent him a text message, and this was the only way that he finally responded to me, usually after a delay of multiple hours. 3) Even though I was given a Tuesday delivery date when the order was placed, I was strung along to Wednesday, and then finally Thursday. 4) When I politely inquired about a possible discount due to the inconvenience of the late delivery, the dispatcher rejected my request rather abruptly and rudely, in my opinion. 5) He claimed that "we do not guaranty [sic] delivery" but this transport company certainly did not make that clear when the order was placed. 6) When my car finally arrived on Thursday late afternoon, it had a very obvious and deep scratch on the right rear bumper, which the dealer insisted (with photographic evidence) was not there when it was shipped. So I had the scratch logged on the delivery invoice. 7) When presented with this "before" and "after" photographic evidence, a transport company customer service representative essentially told me too bad, it's an old car, and I couldn't prove that the scratch wasn't there when they picked it up. 8) The transport company claimed the dealer might have caused the scratch after the photo was taken but before the car was shipped. This was despite the fact that the dealer (who has a perfect 100% positive Ebay record with over 3,300 reviews) had the photo and even had a second witness who also attested that there was no scratch on pickup. 9) I then politely asked the transport company to reconsider, and to provide some small compensation (not even the full amount, or even half, of what it would actually cost to repair a deep scratch that penetrated the clear coat) in order to compromise and satisfactorily resolve this dispute. 10) They utterly refused, even though I would have been satisfied with slightly less than $100 (i.e. an amount equal to a 15% discount on their services). I'm a frequent Yelp reviewer, and I don't give one-star reviews very often, as I like to be accurate and non-dramatic, and reserve them for the worst offenders. My honest opinion is that you should definitely avoid this transport company. read more

Bought a new car from a dealer in Great Falls and the dealer arranged shipping through Big Sky. Three weeks later I still didn't have a ship date (let alone the car).
