Unfortunately, due to Covid, the pre-order from France was significantly delayed. However, Brenna, the owner was very communicative and kept me posted on the status of the order. The girls were pretty open about what they talked about amongst themselves so don't go in there if you're the shy type or don't want to hear about what other people are doing under their sheets. The store is more than 1 hour away. I dropped everything drove out to the store. A $250 bra should last more than 7 months. I did not have time for ANOTHER fitting. It was just before closing on a Friday night. The sales lady was very personable. She could not do anything about the poor product but would speak to the manager in the morning. I left the broken bra there and bought another bra. ....... 2 weeks later....... I received a call from a sing song lady..... so fake and rude. After telling me (the customer) how wrong I was. She said there was nothing she could do as I had not taken care of the bra, and worn it too much!!! I had hoped she would make it right in some way. She commented on how faded it was. Yes, I notice the fade too! However, I was unhappy with that but it was the broken under wire. She further insisted I should have had ANOTHER bra fitting.... I have not changed in 7 months. Her tone was fake and diminutive. It was a very bad call, you know that fake polite voice. I ended the call, and remarked that I was not up for a battle of the bra. It is far less serious for a sex shop to ask for ID (not going to kill someone with a dildo), but I can understand upholding the law. So, I walked into this shop and politely greeted the lady at the cashier. She was just giving me a dirty look and asked for my ID. I said okay, gave my driver's license, and she told me that she couldn't accept it. I asked her why, and she told me it could be fake. I said okay, well I have my health card. She told me no again. She said that no establishment accepts health cards as ID, which is completely false given my career. That's 2 valid pieces of ID. I then told her that okay, well if she doesn't accept those, I have a picture of my passport on my phone. She tells me she will not look at it or accept it. I asked her why, and she said I look too young and I had too many pieces of ID and now it's suspicious. What? Now also keep in mind; I'm 27 years old. She's denying the evidence in the 2 ID's I presented, and also my passport on my phone. I even offered to verify the accuracy with my Bank statements and pictures. She still told me no. She said I look too young. She didn't even want to look at my other forms of proof. You're legally allowed to deny service, but the fact that she's blaming it on the fact that I look young when I have so many forms of ID that prove otherwise, is really unprofessional. And I see other reviews that mention the same problem. I contacted customer service after and I told them the entire story. They got back to me in a week, and I was offered a gift card in exchange for my troubles. I accepted it, and they told me they would get back to me the next day on how to process it. It was a fake promise. They never got back to me. I didn't get a single thing after all that trouble. Disappointing. EDIT: Customer service has gotten back to me and officially gave me reimbursement for my troubles. I came back to the same shop and the same lady was super friendly and fun this time. She's also really knowledgeable about the toys there, give me plenty of suggestions and recommendations. I was pleasantly surprised. I'm still going to leave my story here because it was an annoying experience, but I'm thankful for their understanding.

The bra fit perfectly and which is great because I always had trouble finding a bra that fit without gaping or puckering. Although the bra are are on the pricier side they are worth it, the construction of each bra is very high quality and they are so comfortable and as I said before fit perfect. The staff is focused on fit if the bra is not quite right they say so. No pressure to buy a lot just help to find the right bra. Also at the store they have cleaning supplies, I bought a bottle of it and it is so easy. You put a cap for into a gallon of water and let your bra soak for 10-15 mins then just hang them up to dry. NO washing machine, NO scrubbing and NO special bag (bag for delicates) needed. Love the store! Will be back for sure.
