After speaking to several restaurant owners (not associated with this establishment) I decided to provide my feedback. On Tuesday, 11/11/25, I ate at this establishment with two friends. The first thing I noted was the high prices for mixed drinks, in particular the apple fall spritz for $17, which I found outrageous. We ordered apps- hall of fame chowder, clam chowder and a cucumber app and several martinis. Let me start by saying that the service from our waitress was phenomenal, which is not always the case. I believe her name was Nancy and she was extremely attentive. I had gotten about half way through my Hall of fame chowder when I pulled a shard of glass from my mouth, after taking a bite. I checked my martini glass and there were no chips or missing glass so I knew that it came from the bite of chowder I had just taken. I politely informed my waitress who was overly apologetic and she notified the manager who approached the table a couple minutes later. He did apologize but managed to downplay the situation, almost acting as though it was not the restaurants fault. He informed me that they removed the soup and 1 martini from my bill, which I thanked him for. As we were leaving, I tried to say goodbye to the manger but he WOULD NOT make eye contact with me. I cannot recall if he did actually say goodbye but I had made eye contact with him as we were walking toward the front so he was aware that we were leaving. For me, it wasn't about what they could do for me- removing items from the bill or providing a gift card etc., it was the managers response to the entire situation that truly disappointed me. Overall, I find most of the menu and drinks to be overpriced. The location and restaurant itself is beautiful but the service in general is inconsistent (though my waitress on this day was by far the best I have had in the 15-20 times I have been). I can only hope that they did not continue to serve that batch of their hall of fame chowder to other patrons. Due to the managers lack of concern and overall disposition I would not return to this restaurant. The sign of a great restaurant, is having staff that are not only concerned with their customers satisfaction but most importantly, taking pride in the quality of the products they are serving. This particular incident could have ended tragically and the lack of concern was deeply troubling.

The biggest compliment I have is there response time. Even if someone was on vacation, I always got an email or phone call within 24 hours of reaching out. When I went for the food tasting in May 2019, Dayna made sure all of our special requests were met. She went above and beyond to help us create our own specialty menu to accommodate gluten, dairy and garlic allergies. Prior to the wedding, Dayna and Nora set up a walk through at our venue. They knew exactly what needed to be accomplished and just made sure I was on the same page as them. No thinking necessary! By the time my wedding day arrived I had no second thoughts or nerves about Cuisine Chez Vous because we had gone through multiple plans and had all of our vendors on the same email chain which was a breath of fresh air. When I arrived at the wedding venue everything was even better than the photos I provided! The flowers, tables and linens, plates, glass wear, food and beverages were all provided by CCV making them the perfect vendor for me, a bride who lives 14 hours away from where she is getting married. The food of course was phenomenal but the service is what I'll remember the most. At any point in the night, you could get your wine, liquor or water glass filled. The best man joked there was no reason for him to get up because food and drinks were constantly being brought to the table! We noshed on mini hamburgers, chicken on biscuits, baby cubans, some cheesy thing (I thought it was a quiche but my roommate said it was a quesadilla), and some kind of rice ball with dipping sauce. And the desserts! Whoa. Chocolate covered cheesecake on a stick, anyone? How about chocolate mousse cups? Chocolate chip cookies? Yes, please. I'm pretty sure they also brought the bartender, who served up some stiff drinks. These guys were professional, efficient, and made some seriously tasty food. Word.
