I verified he wanted to replace the compressor and submitted a claim. A week went by and I didn't hear anything so I reached out for status update and was told he did not hear anything from LG. I again contacted LG and was told email was sent out the same day he diagnosed my problem. I have since left multiple voicemails and no response. It has now been over two weeks and my family is still without a fridge. If this company did not want to do the work I wish they would have stated that when asked in the first place. Funny how they can answer the phone or call back when you try to schedule a service call, but not after they take your money. Poor service and follow through! I would not recommend this business! UPDATE: The business did reach out and offered a solution to fix this miss. I already purchased a replacement appliance so no additional services were rendered. I do appreciate them at the very least reaching out to to try and make this right. Thank you for that. I will increase the rating for this reason.

Mr. Coty came out in less than 24 hours and had my dryer working in short order. Excellent all around. Update:: had a major electrical issue last week and two of my appliances burnt out. My stove was 28 years old and no parts were available so I bought a new one but my dishwasher is still recent so I called Rod. He came out and fixed it for a good price.
