We were pretty dissatisfied with the car service, in particular the driver's attitude. He drove very aggressively, at one point crossing over the a double yellow line to pass someone on a bicycle when another vehicle was coming the opposite direction, almost causing a head on collision. He sped, took corners too fast, and has a very big tailgating problem. When he arrived at the venue, he made no attempt to help anyone out of the vehicle, and as a result, my wife slipped on the running board and twisted her knee. When my wife told me about her experience, I almost cancelled the second trip and try to find another company to pick us up later that evening. On the trip back to our hotel, he again drove too fast and was constantly scrolling on his phone the whole time. At one point, he almost missed his exit on the freeway and crossed over three lanes rapidly to make it. I'd give them zero stars if I could. read more
