The day before the party, I received a call from Shannon (the owner, i think) explaining that MY limo was in an accident but that he is trying to get it worked out. He told me he would call me first thing in the morning to update me. The next day I did not hear from him, so around 1:00pm I called. He didnt answer, but called me back 10 min later to tell me he tried his best but the limo is too wrecked to drive. He said he would refund me and give me a credit (after that he never mentioned a credit). This call left me very confused as to why I was out of a ride when I made my reservation 2 months in advance, but I remained calm and understanding and ordered a couple Ubers instead. I waited about 10 days and called Shannon because I hadn't received a refund yet. He apologized and said he will process it that day and I would see the refund after the holiday weekend. I waited another week, and called back. He said something about how he changed processors and he would call the old processor to refund me. Then, my boyfriend called Shannon to ask what's going on and I received an email confirming my refund had been processed. I don't know what that email really was because I waited 10 days and still had not received a refund. Finally, after waiting a month and a half for my refund, I had to go through other avenues to receive my money back.

I booked Air Force 1 Limo service to provide limo service to and from a wedding in Malibu, CA. I…read morewas happy to hear they were available at a reasonable price, as this was in fact prom season. I received 2 phone calls the day before to confirm service and was pleased with my service to this point. The day of the wedding, I waited with my group of 7 for the limo. When the driver George was 10 minutes late, I called him for the first time. He apologized for the delay and explained how he was sending a different driver. This was the last time we spoke. I was sent to voicemail every time since. Over the next hour, I called the main office lines (most of which, as I found out, are based in San Diego) as well as the original person who booked my reservation, Tammay, who was not available by cell. Everyone I spoke with continued to tell me they couldn't get a hold of the driver, George, and he was the one holding all the cards in our scenario. After several frustrating phone calls with people who seemed to have no idea how to accommodate me, my group was left with driving ourselves to the wedding. As anyone who has been to a wedding knows, it's a time to hang lose a bit, and enjoy ourselves with some alcohol. With this in mind, we still hoped Air Force 1 Limo would makeup for their previous mistake and provide transportation home so that we could drink responsibly. My fiancée was able to speak with Tammay this time as she promised to get to the bottom of our situation. Again, no answer from our driver George, and after getting nowhere with the main office the first time, we didn't see the point. Tammay never replied as promised, and my group was left stranded for a second time. I cannot put into words the frustration of the transpired events on a day as important as this. We would've expected at the very least some sort of retribution with a ride home and there was nothing. I've never dealt with a company that is totally willing to give up on their customer. If you're reading this and considering this company to provide a service on your special day or any event, you may want to reconsider.
