HONEY CARDAMOM OAT LATTE & STRAWBERRIES & CREAM WAFFLE

"Leave the herd behind." Cute, cozy coffee shop. Went to the Edinburgh location. You can dine in or take out. I decided to stay and enjoy the view. Easy to use the self order machines. They will bring you your order or you can grab it yourself. This location was not too busy and there's plenty of room to sit. There's a good amount of people taking out so it helps with the balance. Friendly staff. I will say the WiFi is not the best, at all. I was not able to connect. I enjoyed my coffee and my waffle with strawberry and cream. Tasty!

Came inside this trendy coffee shop for a quick pick-me-up. Pastries and sodas up front first with drink options as you go down the counter. Opted for an Iced Latte (£4ish) to go. Took a little bit of time to come out, though not too bad overall. Coffee is not bad - more bitter than expected, so could have used some more milk. Probably would have been very good paired with one of the sweet pastries. Efficient enough coffee place near the main streets. There is plenty of seating inside as well.

My go to coffee place, I love their lattes! It was a great place to study they have quite a few tables and plenty of outlets. The service was always friendly and quick! Also I recommend their toasties!!

Some of the best coffee I had in the UK! The pastries looked good as well, but we were not hungry enough to get any.

Their motto is: "Leave the herd behind." How un-herd are display screen, cashier-less ordering?

I came pretty close to the opening and was able to select my choice for seats. I picked a table near the window for natural lighting. They have a table of a lot of tasty treats and while I didn't get a chance to try them all, I can attest to the scone being very tasty! I ordered the Cream Tea (I think I ordered the Lemon and Elderflower) which comes with a freshly baked homemade scone (I chose a fruit one), and a cup of tea €6.80. I decided to upgrade to a pot of tea (€7.75) and added a bowl of porridge (€5.50) with jam as I usually prefer savory breakfasts. This was more than enough to eat for one, but I just enjoy trying different items - does anyone else have this problem? lol I thoroughly enjoyed my experience here as the ambiance, food and tea were homey and intimate. This would be such a fun place to converse with girlfriends for tea time!

We had breakfast here on our first day in Edinburgh. It's cozy and the walls are covered with paintings, antique cups, and plates. To be honest the walls are quite chaotic but that's where the personality comes in. We ordered the eggs with toast and the full Scottish breakfast. Food was great, coffee hit the spot, and service was excellent. Even with the chaos they keep the place clean. Also, BEWARE they do not have hot sauce here LOL. I asked the server and she said "No, but it was worth a try to ask" Respect lol. We sat by the window and people watched and awed at the beautiful architecture of Edinburgh. It's a chill spot to rest and refuel. Would love to come back for their afternoon tea!
