At Animal Care Clinic in Walkersville, MD:…read more Dr. Macenes (Macenes?), however, was the worst vet I have ever visited and there is no way he will ever get near another pet of mine. We had just moved to the area and his clinic was nearby. He was rude, condescending (I am not a 10 year old but rather a 57 yo woman with several long-lived dogs since I was 5 and with a Doctorate in Medical Sciences). He was belligerent, verbally insulting to me and our dog, confrontational, uncompromising, unyielding, and uninformed, Every question I asked made him angrier until he dismissed us from his office. Please beware.

WV Puppy has some very cute puppies! At very reasonable prices…read more The WV Puppy facilities were clean, brightly lit, and the puppies appeared to be well cared for. The young woman working there, answered all my questions cheerfully. I have notied a lot of bad reviews here on Yelp! Concerning various issues with WV Puppy, but I saw no sign of any wrong doing or neglect of the pups. So if there "had" been any problem with the cleanliness or the neglect of the puppies, They must have corrected the problem. I would recommend this Pet Shopp to anyone who cannot afford a Breeder puppy due to their high cost. It is a good place to get a Purebred puppy and not have to pay Champion Bloodline prices. I just want a puppy for a pet. Well, despite my aforementioned review of WV Puppy, they didn't have the particular breed of puppy I was searching for, so I was not able to get a puppy! Maybe in the future.
