It's so clean, there are a lot of available washers (large and small) and dryers, all the units are working, and when I had a problem (one of my towels got stuck in the door and water was leaking) the two women who work here could not have been more helpful and pleasant. I've been going there for quite a bit because they are right next to where I live and everything was OK until someone stole my very valuable things and when I went to ask about it, everyone was looking at me like I was a ghost. They couldn't offer any explanation as to what happened to my comforter. I had just bought it and the cost was $225.00. I had a ticket with a blanket on it also. My husband picked up the blanket but not the comforter. Please hang onto your ticket and take a picture of it on your phone also. Because it was over 30 days, it was considered my fault. Customer BEWARE. They will screw you out of your expensive merchandise.
