Then I asked to use the WiFi because they as advertise Free WiFi to which tHe worker very rudely remarks "no wifi" and so I told her I see that you advertise it and again "no WiFi". Really rude and not helpful at all. On top of that the new law clearly states you need to have a facial covering during all times outside due to the current pandemic and not only does the worker not wear one but they allow many people inside who clearly don't have any masks. They couldn't offer any explanation as to what happened to my comforter. I had just bought it and the cost was $225.00. I had a ticket with a blanket on it also. My husband picked up the blanket but not the comforter. Please hang onto your ticket and take a picture of it on your phone also. Because it was over 30 days, it was considered my fault. Customer BEWARE. They will screw you out of your expensive merchandise.
