Somehow Ben and Al, who greeted us and helped us prior to our appt, were able to manage all of us and communicate along the way. They were awesome and their teamwork and service was top tier. They also both hyped me up about my stud and totally unprompted. My only regret is not booking another appt simultaneously when it was open LOL! Ben is by far the best piercer I've ever had. He also saved my sister fees by piercing her ear with a dull needle so she only had to pay for the jewelry. Overall I would recommend them to anyone! Worth the price and the wait. Once outside of the cancellation window they were more responsive, however rude and unwilling to flex on their policy even after citing reasons why I was uncomfortable moving forward with their hair services, and willingness to work with them before deciding to cancel (the result was not what I wanted and I communicated this within 24 hours to them). I was dissatisfied with the hair trial for my wedding, which was voiced during the trial and dismissed, and now I am stuck with a non-refundable deposit because of their poor communication practices. I politely requested the difference of the deposit and trial services refunded to me, and was met with extreme defensiveness. I felt extremely undervalued as a customer, and their apology simply did not feel genuine or with any desire to make it right. Be careful when referencing their "not normal business hours" approach, because they will use this to say that just about any time that you contact them does not fall within that time frame. This is the main concern, I had high hopes and excitement for their services based on previous reviews, and was incredibly disappointed with the way they do business. They are very shady with contracts, and seems they will skew their words to ensure they are not violating their own contract. See the other one star reviews, it was a similar experience. Aside from that, Kaity who did my makeup was absolutely incredible. I started with wanting "natural but amp-ed up" and then realized I liked a lot more glam. She listened and provided advice, gave me exactly like my inspiration, and the makeup lasted all day - even after a gym workout. We talked and compared tattoos as well... so just my personal view, because I have lovely tattoos done by an impressive artist and the girl that helped me had some beautiful tats too, but we also both had awful ones done by hacks. If you've got tats, you know what I'm talking about, you form a bond talking about them with complete strangers. The prices are great and the jewelry is quality. I had a horrible experience here around a year ago coming in to get my belly button pieced. Upon entering, I was rudely greeted by the owner and immediately felt uncomfortable by his lack of professionalism. I picked out the jewelry I had wanted and headed to the back room to get started with the piercer. I was definitely a bit nervous, which I had told them I usually am for all my piercings (I had 15 at the time, so this was nothing new for me). But the piercer had seemed so annoyed by my discomfort that I could see she wasn't even wanting to deal with me. Not even a kind word from her or the owner to make me feel any for comfortable. She checked to see if my belly button had the right anatomy for the piercing, and she said it wouldn't be right for me. I strongly felt she wasn't being honest, and rather had just not wanting to deal with a nervous customer. And I had asked if I could get a second opinion from someone else there. She was hesitant to allow that, but eventually brought in the owner. He seemed annoyed that he had to come see me as well, and they both then told me the same thing - that I did not have the right anatomy for this piercing and that my body would 100% reject the piercing if I had gotten it done. I'm not a professional at all, but my friend I came with had the same piercing and she told me I definitely DID have the correct anatomy and that I probably would have an even better one than she did. The owner and piercer were being EXTREMELY rude at this point and very disrespectfully kicked me out of the store. My friend had suggested we go elsewhere since neither of us believed those rude workers and so we did. At the next place, I was even more nervous since I had just had such a negative experience at Green Light Body Piercing. And I was scared I would be treated horribly anywhere I went, which was not the case. At this next place, I was treated very politely (as a customer should) and when the piercer had asked to take a look at my belly button to see if I had the correct anatomy, she responded it was "perfect!" Clearly she was correct, and I was right to assume Green Light was just being rude and unprofessional because 1 year later, and my piercing has not only healed beautifully, but healed way faster than average. It was pretty much fully healed within 2 months with NO complications at all and I couldn't be more happy. Basically, do not trust Green Light with their rude workers and false opinions. If I had listened to them, I would've went home disappointed and never had gotten this beautiful piercing.

I'd scheduled my appointment with her for 11 am but I didn't actually arrive until almost 11:20, I feared I had lost my spot due to the chaos of my morning that day but she was very understanding and still gave me a very great make up job for my Halloween. I was very comfortable while working with her and she was very helpful at helping me get exactly what I wanted. She is also very resourceful and creative. The pricing was very fair and I was very satisfied with the job that was done. Possibly the only downside was later that night when I was taking the liquid latex out of my facial hair but I guess I should've anticipated that though.
