There are now bubbles ALL OVER MY HOUSE! And they started forming only 3 weeks after the job completed. And have grown larger and keep appearing in new places! He also hired assistants that were unprofessional and sloppy. They didn't clean up paint old chips they scrapped off and They missed areas that I had to point out and dripped paint all over my potted plants and vegetation all around my house! Also on outdoor furniture too! :( JMJ painting did not come back even after I called and texted numerous times - they just abandoned the job once failures started coming up! I'm so disappointed I chose them! I would NOT recommend this company!

They are incredibly responsive, professional, polite, and clearly take a lot of pride in their work. The owner is young, but don't let that fool you--he is exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, and really good at what he does. The first time they cleaned our windows, they did a fantastic job. The second time, I noticed afterward that an area had been missed. I reached out, and they responded immediately and came right back to take care of it--no excuses, no hassle. They made sure everything was absolutely dazzling and sparkling before they left. That kind of customer service says a lot about a company. As an added bonus, while they were working they noticed that our solar panels could use a cleaning and offered to take care of them for a very reasonable additional price. We happily added it on, and they did a great job with those as well. Overall, I'm beyond satisfied. ND Solution is responsive, trustworthy, reasonably priced, and committed to doing the job right. He gave us the best bid out of four bids to do the exterior painting on our 3000 square foot split level home along with finishing and staining our 1500 square foot attached hardwood mahogany deck. While he was painting, Lance noted that the lower wood trim on four of our windows had areas of dry rot. He replaced the boards himself before painting them. I had not noticed these areas before he informed me. We also saved having to get a separate carpenter to do that work prior to painting. Lance also installed a small floor in our pantry as a separate job when I found out he could do that too. Another job well done. I highly recommend Lance.

Lance worked for us on some home improvement projects, with mixed results. The positive is that he…read moreanswers his phone and shows up prepared and on time. That is a big deal and must be complemented. His rates are fair and he never overcharged for his time, also a trait worthy of praise. The problem which is too large to ignore is that the new roof over the sun deck leaks as badly or worse than the one he replaced. I saw the work as he was progressing and it appeared that everything was right, but the first time it rained everything got soaked. This may be the fault of the materials. He offered to check his work and sprayed the roof with a hose, which appeared to hold, but under real life conditions it leaks. I wish I could offer a better review. A phone call to Lance letting him know that it leaked bafter the first real rain went unanswered. The update is that Lance returned and reworked the roof after it proved to leak worse than ever. He replaced the sheeting and the wiggleboard to which it is fastened. Result was a roof that leaks as bad as it did before he redid it, which was worse than it had leaked before he ever reroofed the deck. Conclusion: roofing is not his forte. I give him credit for coming back to redo his work. Unfortunately it is not an effective roof, even still.
