On Monday, I received another message asking to schedule the service before the COI. I was told I would have the COI shortly. Two weeks later and no COI, I remind the person who reached out to me via e-mail. I'm told I will have the COI in a day or so. I was also told my request for a COI was pushed back to accommodate work for a large company who shall remain nameless in this review. It's now three weeks since my original quote, and no COI, hence no solar panel cleaning. I'm done. If they didn't want my business - and as I said, no offense taken if that was the case - I would have appreciated not having my time wasted from the start. My panels could have been cleaned by now if I selected another company. Encourage others to go elsewhere.
