Took my car there and it took several months before, I finally realized they were never gonna do the work. They had the audacity to be cross with me when I finally had it towed out of there. I am simply contemplating crushing it and never buying another one because there's nowhere to have it serviced in Winston Salem. When I hear all of these Jolly stories of how successful they were and their experience being so extraordinary. Leads me to believe that they are posted by employees or friends and family.

I have an 06 Nissan Titan and had problems with an aftermarket amplifier installed in 2016 and an…read moreaftermarket receiver installed in 2020. Both were installed by different car stereo specialist businesses, but I would experience random drops in sound and never could get consistency in my music - it became a nuisance and I was frustrated when I drove - what shoudl have been a pleasure was frustrating. I took the truck to Todd Electronic Radio and had Mike go through the installations. He found some issues with the wiring that were contributors and found that the settings on the receiver were not best and when he got everything synced - MAN what a difference! I didn't need to replace anything - I just needed it to work together (as intended). Todd only charged me for an hour of his time and I left with my stereo system completely put together right and have had no issues since then. I would completely recommend them if you have auto electronic issues. I have found no one as experienced and committed to getting things right as these folks! My sincere thanks for all that was done to my truck - Jimmy

Twenty dollars is not a lot of money and I realize the business owner has a right to a fair profit. However I would have replaced the radio myself if Mr. Todd had told me that all I had to do was depress two tabs and the radio would slide right out.As it is , his greed has cost him any future business I might do with him and any referrals I might give to my friends and associates.

The tire indicator light had gone on and I had difficulty determining exactly how to reset the light after filling the tire. I went to Eurobahn and was told everyone was busy and I'd have to make an appt for another day. It's a 30 second fix. I had just spoken with someone in sales over the previous weekend and was told that I should just bring it in and it would be a quick reset. The woman managing the flow said there was nothing she could do for me. Everyone was occupied. I couldn't even wait for a technician to be freed up. I felt disrespected by her attitude and response. I went immediately to the BMW dealer on Wendover who addressed it quickly, he also was able to determine exactly what issues were currently due. My car is now having a $300 routine maintenance issue taken care of them. I will not be going back to Eurobahn. I'd rather give my money to a provider who listened and was responsive. Eurobahn couldn't be counted on for a simple ( non repair) fix, so I don't trust them with more complicated maintenance. Nancy

I contacted Diesel Specialties of Lewisville, explained that I already had the diagnostic code, and was told they would confirm the code with my mechanic and order the necessary part before I brought my truck in. When I picked up my truck, I noticed the invoice included a very large diagnostic fee, despite the issue already having been diagnosed beforehand. I politely asked about the charge, and the owner immediately became extremely hostile. He began yelling, cursing, and throwing things during the interaction. As a female customer, I found his behavior intimidating and completely unacceptable, especially since it occurred in front of his young child. The entire experience was unprofessional, aggressive, and honestly frightening. I would not recommend this business based on the way I was treated.
