They were so patient and went above and beyond to make me comfortable. Fight training of any kind can be very intimidating, especially when. you look around the room and everyone looks like they know what they're doing. I was made to feel very comfortable and safe. As far as the class went, it was RAD! The instructor had me focus on myself and my form. He never put me in any situation where I wasn't ready for. In fact he gave me drills to just keep practicing and then would come and check on me and when I was ready he gave me a new move. I really appreciated the patience and the immediate safety/comfort I felt.

I came in with some boxing experience, and since training under him I've gotten stronger, way more confident in sparring, and more disciplined with my training and nutrition. I rarely miss a class because I genuinely look forward to showing up and seeing what I'm capable of. Coach Bryan is the real deal. He's a pro boxer, so the knowledge he brings to every session is the kind you just can't get everywhere. He gives individual feedback, he's encouraging, and he pushes you because he actually believes you can do hard things. The community is another big reason I keep coming back. Everyone is welcoming and rooting for each other, which makes showing up easy. If you're nervous about starting, don't be. This is a great place to be!

The gym has great hours so if you're an early riser Coach Juan will greet you as early as 5am! And if I'm not mistaken they have classes into the evening as late as 7p. I've learned things from all of the great coaches here working with all of them over the years. Currently I'm working with Coach Bryan, a professional with an undefeated record! They have great kids classes too which my son has participated in and enjoyed! It's affordable, and they adjusted my membership to fit with my schedule. They have two rings, plenty of bags, and a freeweight area. Oh and also a large MMA room. I most enjoy the camaraderie, respect and equality amongst everyone there. Boxing is an international sport and that is evident here as I've met people from all over the world here. I've made new friends working out with and sharing the ring with. We have FUN! So come on down and learn the sweet science.

Overall awesome facility and staff!…read more I needed to do a product shoot for a brand I am working with and after every other gym in the area ignoring me or telling me "no", Triton said Yes! Upon visiting the gym for the first time, I was impressed with the facility and everything they had to offer. Indoors they have a wide variety of MMA gear and 2 large mats with plenty of space to train. Outside, the terf/ grass was a nice open space with a variety of cross fit gear. They also have weight lifting gear i.e. benches, racks, plenty of weights (dumbbells, barbells, plates, etc.) which is all well taken care of. Overall, I liked the atmosphere of the gym. No egos, just friendly staff and members there to get a good workout in! I would highly recommend checking out Triton!
