To earn five stars from my reviews you have to be BETTER than outstanding. Robertos reached for perfection and was successful. My wood planked tile is stunning. The crew removed the old tile and laid each plank without a hitch. They are efficient and are approachable if you have a question. Roberto personally popped over to oversee his crew's performance. If something wasn't right, he immediately rectified the issue. My toilet had a slight leak and because Roberto deals with plumbers, wood workers etc. within an hour, someone was at my home and replaced faulty connection. At the end of the job, a cleaning service was sent over to "give me the home as clean as it was when I gave it to them." Seriously, Robertos is a hidden gem in Oxford, Florida. No pressure, just helpfulness!

SCAM ALERT*******DONT USE THEM!***They scam the old timers of the Villages buy overcharging for…read moretile purchased not the tile ACTUALLY installed. I brought this to the attention of one of the owners, Matt. He refused to change the estimate they provided. They attempted to charge for 1109 sf when the space only measures (by their measurements) 1003 sf. The explanation was that the customer is paying for the excess tile required to install the floor tile. (Waste due to cuts). I explained that he can not charge me an install price of the total amount of tile purchase, he can only charge me for the tile ACTUALLY installed. They are overcharging EVERY customer by the 10% overage that they purchase. It's a SCAM. They apparently do it with carpet as well. People only pay for what's installed not for what's purchased! SCAMMING THE ELDERLY.

We had some problems flooring after moving into our new home, and had only one option with our builder. It wasn't a good option, so we consulted several flooring companies in the area. The Floor Master installers were professional, courteous and did a superb job with the installation. The house was spotless after they finished and cleaned up. Pride of workmanship and excellent prices…read more We've used Papi's twice. We found Tony to be friendly and professional. He responds timely. He listened carefully and checked with us to ensure that what he was about do was what we wanted. His prices are very fair especially for the top quality workmanship he provided. He insisted on perfection. The first job was to remove carpeting and install a tile floor in the living room. The key issue here was to make the transitions seamless to the existing tile floor. Before he came in, other companies offered a few possibilities for the tile alignment. These tended to be more advantageous for the installer but not for the seamless look we were hoping for. Papi's produced a result that is a seamless transition from old tile to new. Papi's returned the other day to enlarge and finish two bathroom backsplashes that were originally installed by another company. Papi's work was flawless and gave us the finished look we wanted. For us, there is only one place to call for tile work.

We picked our the flooring we wanted and within a week, Tony and his crew came in and did a really good job, even with a minor glitch. When the job was done, they cleaned up their equipment and helped my husband move back some of the heavier (couch, TV stand) furniture. Gave us good tip for cleaning our new floors too.
