Metro likes to value themselves as a higher end grocery store and offer the best products, more on the expensive side, and they don't price match, so I find if this is your regular grocery store, you are paying a bit more than others. This location is not a Metro Plus location, so it doesn't have fresh made pizza's or sushi, but does offer a small selection of such, but they do offer an arrange of fresh meats, fish, salads, soups, and ready to eat meals as well as fresh bakery goods. This location carries my absolute favourite pasta salad - pasta, arugula and feta salad. Their are no self registers at this location, the staff are usually fairly nice, but don't like to communicate and try to get out out as quickly as possible making very little eye contact. Overall, great location in a very small, dead mall, reasons to come back: the pasta salad.

Even when you don't find exactly what you're looking for, it's hard to leave empty-handed here. The staff was okay -- not especially warm, but not rude either. Overall, I'd recommend this location if you're in the city and looking for a healthier grocery store with plenty of options.
