Not only did we learn helpful moves should we encounter less than pleasant situations, but we also got in a great workout, and met some Krav Maga friends to make the training even that much more enjoyable. The instructors were also FANTASTIC! Larry Larry Larry (owner.) He sure made you want to go back each day. I always started and ended those sessions with a smile! What a caring, funny guy. And Bill- I love that guy, too! His humor and positive encouragement made me want to try that much harder. The last instructor we had, Ana- what a bad A! She was the serious, quiet one- and so good at seeing little things to correct you on. She is an incredible example of how powerful (even petite) women can be- which is encouraging for all. I wanted to start doing a fun workout on my conditioning days and was thrilled to find a club in Katy. Every Title I've been to does your first class for free, so I came on a recent Friday morning for a 9am kickboxing class, and it was awesome! The staff at this location is fantastic - all super nice people with a genuine love for boxing and helping others hit their goals. I ended up getting a membership and have been so thrilled with the classes so far. It's a super supportive environment and it seems like the instructors have a real background in martial arts. I love that I'm getting a good workout but also learning some of the basics of the skill! Would definitely recommend this club for anyone looking to get in shape, learn more about boxing, or mix in a new type of workout into their day to day!
