My wife and I have been struggling to find a good place to take our vehicles to be detailed, and we…read morehave wasted hundreds of dollars trying out different options in and around the Hudsonville/Jenison area. I can't believe I had never noticed Premier Auto & RV Detailing before, since they are only about 1/2 mile from our home. Well my wife took her 2017 Honda CRV to a different detailing business in Hudsonville and I took my 2018 Honda Accord to Premier Auto & RV. My wife's vehicle still had debris in the cup holders, all of her windows and instrumentation lenses were smeared and smudged, her engine compartment was still filthy, and the sidewalls of her tires looked dull and dirty. When I picked up my car from Premier Auto and RV, I was extremely pleased at the flawless job they did on both the inside and outside. No streaks or smudges on windows or instrumentation lenses, no dust or debris could be found anywhere inside my vehicle, the leather seats had been cleaned and treated and looked amazing, the engine compartment was clean and spot free, and my tires looked like they were brand new! Premier even gave me a $30 new customer discount for trying them out. I am so happy that I found this place, and they have earned my business for both of our family vehicles going forward. If you are looking for an reliable auto detailer in the Hudsonville area, then I strongly urge you to give Premier Auto and RV Detailing a try.

We couldn't…read morebelieve that someone would say they have detailed the interior of your vehicle when there are clearly spots missed, wrappers still on the ground, and surfaces that had clearly not been touched. On many of the surfaces you could rub your hand over it and have dust/dirt on your skin. When we brought back to have them take a look at some of our concerns, were told there is only so much they could do and that they were just focusing so hard on getting our carpets done they must have missed some of those spots. Even the second time through there were multiple spots that were not clean. We offered to leave the vehicle there so they could take a second look without us present "watching" them work and were told, "no it won't take long." One of the main issues is the shop itself has poor lighting which I'm sure makes it difficult to even see where the surfaces are dirty. Wanted to support a smaller, family owned business but will not be back.

When I apologized and said it was my first time, he responded with, "Well, are you gonna pay me? Because nothing is free." Of course mistakes can happen, more so with first time customers but that doesn't give you a reason to be rude or impatient. There was no clear communication in this situation at all! If workers don't have the patience to help first-time customers, they shouldn't be the ones guiding vehicles.
